Kristina from guest relation thank you, for your job 🥰🥰🥰
Unfortunately, in my opinion, this hotel does not really live up to its Ultra All Inclusive (UAI) concept.
A lot of things that you would normally expect to be included in an Ultra All Inclusive package are actually available only for an additional charge. For example, free Wi-Fi is only available in certain outdoor areas and in the lobby. If you want Wi-Fi in your room, you have to pay extra. We paid €14 for 7 days.
The cocktail selection is also quite disappointing. If you want better-quality cocktails at the evening disco, you have to pay extra for them as well. This is not what we expected from an Ultra All Inclusive hotel.
The rooms are quite worn and definitely need some renovation. Unfortunately, we also had a serious electrical issue. When we turned on the air conditioning, the wires in the fuse box started melting and there was even a small flame. The electricity then went off in the whole room. When we first contacted reception, they didn’t seem to consider it particularly urgent. It was only after we showed them a photo of the melting wires and flame that the problem was taken seriously and someone came to fix it.
We were also concerned about the safety on the water slides. People were being sent down one after another too quickly. Two boys from our group collided on one of the slides where you ride without a tube and ended up scratching their backs. The next person was sent down before the previous one had safely cleared the slide. In our opinion, the slides need much better supervision and more attention to safety.
On the positive side, the hotel grounds are beautiful, spacious and very well maintained, and the beach is really nice.
Overall, the hotel has some great features, especially the outdoor area and the beach, but there are several things that need improvement, particularly the Ultra All Inclusive concept, room maintenance and water-slide safety.
Hotel overall was ok.
They’ve only just opened up to British tourists & everything was geared towards Eastern Europeans.
Pools and Waterslides are really good for the children. Only problem is that there is no health and safety on them. Lifeguards Send boats down one after the other to unblock slides.
Whilst we was there 2 lifeguards had a full on fist fight at the top of the waterslides in front of everyone.
Main Restaurant was very chaotic, only good thing was the 4 rooms to eat your food. Food overall was good.
Very rude Eastern Europeans who just constantly push in when either queuing at the restaurant, bar or water slides.
Very poor drink selections. Only place that done cocktails was lobby bar and there was only 4 options.
Hotel grounds really nice
Rooms were ok, never got cleaned. All that was done was beds made each day.
Had faulty aircon over a couple of night which was leaking and spitting water everywhere, hotel fixed this pretty quick.
Plenty of shops around the area to get clothes etc. 2 min walk down the hill from the hotel.
Evening entertainment was good.
