An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at Kirman Premium Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a fantastic atmosphere, and everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from every single member of staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
We would especially like to thank Chef Erol and, in particular, Chef Bilal. As vegetarians with specific dietary requirements, they took the time to listen to our culinary restrictions and went above and beyond by preparing separate meals especially for us. Their kindness, care, and attention to detail meant so much to us and made a huge difference to our holiday.
We would also like to recognise all of the ground floor bar staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and attentive. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to accommodate any request. Their excellent service really added to the overall experience.
Thank you to everyone at Kirman Premium Hotel for making our holiday so memorable. We had a wonderful time and have made some fantastic memories. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing holiday. We can’t wait to return!
An Excellent Culinary Experience
One of the aspects that impressed us most during our stay at this hotel was the cuisine. The cooking was truly excellent; the meat was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were remarkably well-balanced. The head chef's dedication to the kitchen is evident in every dish. The à la carte restaurant offers a menu that is both high-quality and carefully curated. The service team is exceptionally friendly and efficient, placing a high priority on guest satisfaction. The pastries, desserts, and cookies, in particular, were not only visually elegant but also delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality dining and impeccable service. We would also like to thank the Head Chef, Mr. Mustafa, for his special attention.

I was on vacation with my children, who are 9 and 13 years old. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel chain. The service is excellent. The pool is top-notch. The sea is warm. On the first few days of our vacation, there was some rough weather, and there was some debris in the sea. However, after that, the sea was clear. There is a children's club with play equipment on the -2nd floor. The children occasionally went to mix things up with the sea and the pool. My son played darts at the neighboring hotel almost every day. The food options are diverse. The room was cleaned every day. It was always clean. We will definitely come back. There is also a shop with various small items. SPA and a gym
Great location for families with kids
Amazing atmosphere, loads of activities for kids. The staff was very helpful, especially our assistant Dayana which was extremely helpful and very responsive. She made all our restaurant reservations, guided and informed us regarding all shows and activities available. Thank you Dayana!!!
Good but for me not like 5 stars.
Different feelings about this hotel. Let’s start and be objective.
- Great pool. Enough space, good water slides. But rescue team works just for view. Big guy used slides in danger way bear the small kids. No comments. Probably they can’t say something strict to guests.
- Sea at the territory of the hotel. Good beachfront. Nice water. Liked that.
- Staff 5/10. Really expected much better service. Not even near of 5 stars.
- Food most disappointing point.
Plank taste. All see food just dry. Quality of meat at the bottom. Maximum 3 stars. 5. Rooms. Rooms are good for such type of hotel. But room service was not impressive. 6. Shows at the evenings was good. Kids liked it.
Guest’s are different from different culture…
So all in all my rate 6-7/10.
