This hotel is located between Alanya and Manavgat on one of the best Turkish beaches, called Karaburun. The hotel is 23 km from Manavgat, 37 km from Alanya, and 85 km from Antalya Airport. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 242 rooms. Guests are welcomed into an elegant and spacious reception hall with 24-hour reception and check out service. Facilities include a shopping centre, a disco and a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers conference facilities, a currency exchange, and a laundry service. Each en suite room comes fully-equipped as standard including a satellite/cable TV, a minibar and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The hotel offers a main outdoor swimming pool with pool-side bar, spa treatment and a broad range of sport options.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages and facials. After a day at the private beach, you can enjoy other recreational amenities including a nightclub and an outdoor pool. Additional amenities at this property include wireless Internet access (surcharge), concierge services and an arcade/games room. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Disappointing experience. We are only on our second day, but unfortunately, we are already quite disappointed. We have extensive experience with high-end hotels in Turkey, so we have plenty to compare with.
The food is one of the biggest issues. The selection is repetitive and limited, while lunch in the main restaurant is especially poor, with very little to choose from. The chicken soup was even served cold. Dinner is until 9:00 PM, yet the baklava was already finished by 8:00 PM.
The outdoor terrace is very small and has far too few tables. It is also closed during lunch, so there is practically nowhere to eat outside and smoke.
The food quality is clearly below what we experienced at Rubi Platinum Hotel, Mylome Luxury Hotel & Resort and Haydarpasha Palace, where the selection and overall quality were much better.
Another strange detail is that almost every waiter asks guests where they are from. This is something we have not experienced in reputable high-end Turkish hotels for a long time and feels unnecessary.
On a positive note, the housekeeping staff deserve praise. The room is kept very clean, and the housekeepers are hardworking, polite and attentive. Good impression from the personal assistant that is available via WhatsApp.
It is only day two, so we hope things improve, but so far this hotel is well below the standard we expected for its category and price.
This isn't my first time staying at the Kirman Leodikya Hotel. I really like the staff, the service, the food, and the entertainment. Evening shows were held at the hotel every day. They were always interesting, fun, and educational. Even if the weather didn't always permit outdoor events, guests were offered indoor entertainment options. General manager are the best, always helpful, friendly and kind. Thanks also to Kamran! Very friendly communication, also help with all questions and quick resolution of problems should they arise. I highly recommend this hotel to young couples, families with children, and people of all ages. There's plenty to do here for all ages.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. The A La Carte Lobster is fantastic! Chef Davut is a true professional. The grounds are clean, but the rooms could use some work. Otherwise, everything was great! A huge special thank you to Alina, our assistant; she's the best! She was available 24/7 😜
Outstanding hotel , staff are an absolute dream so friendly. Atmosphere is calm relaxed but has also shows and enough live performances for the whole family. Rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Noise levels are were kept to a minimum not to loud and no to quite. Lots of amenities for the whole family. Just a perfect holiday
