we stayed in a duplex family suite with pool access, very spacious rooms, with separate ac on both levels. lovely location but it is a long transfer from hotel and excursions, hardly any noise noticed day and night. the whole hotel was very clean with housekeeping cleaning rooms daily, and topping up the fridge with soft drinks, water, beers and wine. staff where amazing, always ready to take drink orders as soon as you sat down at all the bars. great selection of branded drinks, never ending supply of food in the restaurants. kids club was amazing for our 9 year old she loved the freedom of being able to be dropped off and left to explore and make friends. she was delighted with the rixo kids club tshirt she was given as a leaving gift

We spent a wonderful week at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and honestly, it was one of those rare holidays where you unpack your suitcase, look around and immediately think: “Yes. This was a good life decision.” The hotel gave us exactly what we needed: sun, sea, clean air, beautiful views and that magical feeling when nobody asks you anything urgent for at least several hours in a row. We truly relaxed, switched off completely, got a proper tan, swam a lot, laughed a lot and generally remembered that life can be very beautiful when it includes the sea and no work emails. The aquapark deserves a separate mention. It is fantastic — fun, safe, energetic and very addictive. Our child enjoyed the slides so much that by the end of the holiday I think he knew the aquapark better than our own apartment. We also loved the pools, the beach and the fresh Tekirova air, which felt like a reset button for the whole family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even easier and more pleasant. The sports programme was excellent as well — enough activities to make you feel healthy, but not enough pressure to ruin the holiday spirit. Perfect balance. Food was another highlight. There was a great variety every day, and the only real challenge was trying to behave like a reasonable adult when faced with so many delicious options. We also celebrated our son’s birthday during our stay, and it became a truly special and memorable family moment. A very special thank you goes to Tamerlan Maharramov. He is not just doing his job — he is clearly living it. He helped us at every stage, answered quickly, organised everything clearly and professionally, and somehow always seemed to think three steps ahead. Guests usually notice luxury, food and views, but people like Tamerlan are what make the experience truly exceptional. Please value and support employees like him — they are priceless. We would also like to thank Ayder Transfer and coordinator Oksana for the excellent transfer service. It was comfortable, reliable and very well organised — exactly what you need before and after a holiday, when your brain is already in “please do not make me solve logistics” mode. Thank you, Rixos Premium Tekirova, for a beautiful, joyful and genuinely relaxing family holiday. We came home rested, tanned, happy — and already slightly nostalgic.
