The hotel is located in in Avsallar area with a private beach, only 500 metres away (available shuttle service to beach every 15 min till 06:00 pm). It is only 1& half hours drive from Antalya Airport. This hotel was built in 2013 consisting of laminated-flooring 803 rooms, equipped with a balcony, 40'' LCD TV, safe, central air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath accessories. The hotel features unique and amazing pools which were designed in a way for all guests to enjoy and relax plus an indoor heated pool added for guest' comfort in cold weather. There is also a children pool located in the miniclub where parents can watch their kids at any time. Guests may energize for the day in the onsite gym or make use of the car hire service to explore the surrounding areas.

⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING STAYING AT ALAN XAFIRA DELUXE SPA & RESORT ⚠️

I never imagined I would have to write a post like this, but after what my one-year-old child and I experienced, I feel I have a responsibility to share it.

I booked what I hoped would be a relaxing family holiday. Instead, it turned into one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had.

On the first day of my stay, I discovered that money was missing from my bag, which had been inside my suitcase in my hotel room. I immediately reported it to the hotel manager, Ali. From my perspective, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told I needed to prove the money had been taken. I did not feel that the matter was properly investigated.

Two days later, after returning from an excursion, I found that several of my cosmetics were also missing from my room. Again, I reported it, and again I felt no meaningful action was taken.

The most distressing part of my holiday happened while I was sitting by the pool with my one-year-old baby. I was verbally abused and intimidated by a group of guests. Fearing for my safety and wanting to protect myself, I started recording the incident. I still have the evidence.

Rather than addressing why I felt the need to record or investigating the behaviour I reported, I felt that the hotel’s priority was to pressure me into deleting the videos. Shortly afterwards, I was told to leave the hotel, despite having three nights remaining on my booking.

I received just €45 back for the unused nights and was forced to find and pay for another hotel at my own expense while travelling alone with my young child.

I have submitted a formal complaint and have retained video recordings, photographs, and written messages documenting what happened. I have requested a full investigation, reimbursement of my financial losses, and compensation for the distress caused.

No parent should have to experience this while on holiday with their child. Every guest deserves to feel safe, to have concerns taken seriously, and to be treated with fairness and respect.

This post reflects my personal experience during my stay. I hope sharing it helps others make informed decisions and encourages the hotel to investigate these events properly and improve how guests are treated.

Dissapointment

Dont go. Find another hotel. Unfriendly and no service. Long lines for reception service. Long lines for food. Total chaos. Loud and stressfull

Comfortable stay, good food, happy kids.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good with plenty of choices, and most importantly, the kids were very happy throughout the trip. The atmosphere was relaxing and overall we enjoyed our holiday.

The only downside was that there was no internet connection in the room, which was inconvenient at times. Communication with some of the staff could also be difficult if you didn’t speak their language. However, the guest relations team at reception was extremely helpful, kind, and always did their best to assist us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend the hotel for families.

Room service very bad, Not cleaning at all. Ocean patisserie is serving coffee and sweets first for local ppl, always moaning, even with ULTRA you get only local drinks, avoid. Looks like underconstruction but not finished.
