Unfortunately, our experience at Eftalia Village Hotel was very disappointing. During our stay, we suffered from sickness and diarrhoea, which had a major impact on what should have been a relaxing family holiday.
It was extremely upsetting to spend so much of our holiday feeling unwell rather than being able to enjoy the facilities, food and activities. We were particularly concerned about the hygiene and food standards, as several people in our party became ill.
Overall, this experience completely affected our enjoyment of the holiday. Given the amount we paid, we expected much better standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not recommend Eftalia Village and would not return.

The food is very good and large. The group of activities is wide and you don't get bored especialy Burak! Rooms clean and well maintained.
All inclusive experience
The place is a very large complex with various eating places and bars however not all places were included in the all inclusive section. We coukd only get certain drinks at certain times from certain bars like the pool bar we used onky did beer, sangria, wine and juice in the all inclusive we had a 20 min round walk to get anything else!! There were onky ice lollies available at 1 place from 2-4pm.
The place in general was fantastic, clean and most staff were friendly and helpful, but feel when paying the money we paid it should have been ALL INCLUSIVE, ALL THE TIME, ALL OVER THE PLACE!!
Burak made our holiday
It would definitely be a 5 star review for Burak. He went above and beyond for our family and made us feel soo welcome all of the time. Burak was definitely the best thing about the hotel!!!

Burak was absolutely amazing!! He kept us all entertained throughout our holiday and darts will never be the same without him! Full marks to Burak!
