Stayed here for the first time, definitely didn't disappoint. The food is amazing, staff is brilliant and so clean. Cannot fault the staff at all nothing is never to much. Also the best hotel entertainment team I've ever stayed at. They are all so friendly and my little boy took a shine to Tiger who will have a very close part of our heart. He made us feel so welcome and part of his team ❤️
For anyone worried about the food or music around the pools - ignore them and let them enjoy their retirement home and McDonald’s at home! My first visit to Turkey with 3 other friends for a birthday, and it won’t be my last. I was sceptical to book as I’ve stayed in 4 stars in Crete and have been disappointed, but I needn’t have worried. We stayed in a swim up room, which was spacious and always clean. If we ran out of something, we’d call reception and within 5 minutes they’d be there. Pools - were a little on the cold side but it is Sept. There is a slightly heated one next to the large slides. Always plenty of sunbeds too, no sunbed wars. They have music all day and activities, darts, water polo etc. Food - 2 snack areas, 1 by the beach and 1 next to the pool. Always plenty of food available and what I tried was all nice. Buffet restaurant - food was always nice. A sushi part, children’s section and an array of dishes. Soup was always lovely. There’s so much choice! The patisserie do a lovely coffee and cakes/cookies on an afternoon too. À la carte - we had the Italian which was nice. Drinks - the cocktails at the pool bar weren’t the best but we found the lakeside bar and sailors which were lovely. Entertainment next to the pool bar was good as was the pool party on a Monday.
I’ve enjoyed it that much, I’m booking for next year with the kids instead of friends.
Our 9th visit to this amazing hotel and again another fantastic holiday with great friends we have met over the years. Speaks volume with the amount of people that return year after year. Food was good as always and we found the restaurant a lot less manic this year. We had our a la carte visits at the Sakura and once again the service was 110%. A lovely relaxing day at the cabanas - a must whilst you are there. Rooms cleaned daily Not one fault with this hotel, staff always working hard, always spotless. Love the new added extras daily too Entertainment team friendly as ever a special shout out this year to Tiger, such full of life and a pleasure to speak to Will not be out last visit
Another great stay at Aquasis
We’re currently enjoying another holiday at Aquasis and once again, we’re really pleased we decided to come back.
The hotel has been fantastic so far, but one of the things that has stood out for us has been the Guest Relations team. Yunus has been brilliant — friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. Yesterday we came back to our room to find some lovely towel art, flowers, fruit and a bottle of red wine waiting for us. We know these little touches are part of the experience for guests, but it was still a lovely surprise and a really nice gesture that we appreciated.
Yunus also went out of his way to help us book two of the speciality restaurants, which made things really easy for us.
It’s the little things like this that add to a holiday. Nothing feels over the top or forced; it’s simply nice to feel welcomed and looked after.
We enjoyed our last stay at Aquasis enough to choose to come back this year, and so far we’re very happy that we did. There’s still plenty of our holiday left to enjoy, but we’re already having a great time and would have no hesitation recommending Aquasis to others.
We came to Aquasis for the first time in September, it was actually our first time in Turkey and we didn't know what to expect trying somewhere new. We chose this hotel because reviews were mostly positive and it seems to have everything we were looking for. It did not dissapoint! We had the absolute best time here. We visited as a family for 4, two children aged 12 and 8.
My eight year old LOVED the kids club, the workers there are so kind and gentle with them, she looked forward to having an hour out of the sun there. The pools are absolutely massive, however the biggest one was very cold! Fine when you get in though. The slides are right next to the pool unlike other hotels ive been to so it meant the kids were able to walk over to them themselves as they pleased.
The hotels grounds are spotless, the cleaners are so hard working you see them walking around collecting rubbish ALL DAY, its a shame not all guests put their own rubbish in the bin but the cleaners kept the place looking perfect. The private beach and 24 hour pool bar meant I was able to get up at the crack of dawn, grab a coffee and stroll down the beach by myself before the rest of the family woke up to get some time to myself - absolute bliss.
Food was great, some people have mentioned repetitive which I really dont understand. Yes, if you chose to only eat chicken strips (which were delicious) and chips everyday it would be repetitive but I managed to have a different meal on my plate every single night of a 10 night stay. From lamb stew and mash, pizza and potato wedges, pasta with garlic bread to sweet and sour chicken with noodles and rice. Mountains of fresh salad there every meal time to.
Waiters and waitresses at meal times cannot do enough for you, their coming to take your drink orders the second you sit down and are so polite, the workers at the hotel really do make this place special. Al a carte restaurants we chose were Italian and Mexican - absolutely stunning. Although you can visit the Italian during lunch anyway we enjoyed it so much we chose it as one of our Al A Carte options.
There is a proper coffee shop which has lovely coffee and the ice cream that is served in the hotel is gorgeous. I'll be honest, in other hotels the coffee and ice cream on AI is rubbish, so we don't bother having it but I looked forward to a sit down with a proper coffee and my daughter loved the caramel ice cream here.
Honestly I could go on and on about our holiday and how great the hotel is, and I've probably missed so much! We can't wait to come back!
