This hotel is in a beautiful location ,there are many sun beds on the pier right next to the sea there is also the option to pay for a VIP cabanas by the sea which is just perfect, the waiter is very attentive and you can easily get in and out of the sea, sitting here all day is just bliss!
The staff here are excellent from the dining room staff to the entertainment staff, my son has special needs and the entertainment staff went above and beyond to notice him and make him feel so special every single day, the staff are genuinely kind and caring, full of energy and take time to speak with everyone - so a massive thank you to all the staff who really made our holiday very special.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. We arrived around noon and got our wristband and room immediately. Our room was located in the middle of the resort, so everything was close- the reception, the restaurant, the beach and the main pool. We also had a beautiful view of the sea and the pool.

We stayed in the family apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. It was very spacious and comfortable.

On the firt evening we were surprised because the show was very loud and took place on the terrace near to our room. But on the following evening the shows were in the amphitheater, so it was not a problem anymore.

There are many activities during the day, like darts, aqua aerobics, zumba, yoga, volleyball, boccia and evening shows. You can also use the fitness center all day. The animation team is very friendly, especially Mike and Titu. They made our holiday even better and more fun.

The beach is quite big, but if you are a larger group like we were, it is better to get your sunbeds early. If you come after 11 a.m., it can be hard to find free sunbeds by the sea. You can enter the sea from the piers. There is a pier by the beach and a larger one that goes out over the sea. You can get into the water using the steps. There is also beautiful swing where you can take really nice photos.

Music plays in the resort all day. In the morning it is calm, and in the afternoon it is more lively. The water slides are also great and we really enjoyed them.

I also want to talk about the food. Before our holiday, I read many review saying the food was not good, but after our first lunch, I really did not understand those comments. The food was delicious, with a lot of different choices every day. At dinner, they grilled meat and fish. The only thing I did not like as much was the desserts. Everything else was very tasty and well prepared. It is definitely not true that you have to eat only fries and chicken nuggets all week. There is always something good to choose from.

The hotel staff were also amazing. Everyone was friendly, smiling and always happy to help. The only negative experience was with one lady in the jewelry shop. In my opinion she was a little arrogant and not very polite. But we did not let that ruin our holiday.

If you want to go on a trip, I really recommend visiting Turgutreis and Bodrum. Both towns were beautiful and worth seeing.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. My whole family loved it and we would be very happy to come back again. I highly recommend this hotel and I still remember it as one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had.
