Our hotel is located right in the center Hisarönü bay without disturbing the natural beach and forest. The building has been constructed within the five stars Ultra All Inclusive standards and there are 444 rooms on three floors. All rooms have balcony and majority of the rooms have sea view. All Deluxe buildings have their own private pool and consist of 9 blocks. Deluxe Superior rooms have their own indoor jacuzzi amenity Our guests will find pebble-sand beach or grass level for sunbathing along the 550 m beach of Hisarönü bay. From the main restaurant terrace, snack restaurant and the ala carte restaurants you have a sea view all over the beautiful Hisarönü bay. On the main resort part there is one big main pool, one relax pool and one children pool. On the Aqualand part there is one big activity pool, three slides and one children pool.

I would like to leave a review about my personal experience during this holiday.
Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, I do want to comment specifically on the spa that works in partnership with the hotel.
I do not recommend this spa.
It is expensive, and you are required to pay the full amount in advance, before receiving the treatment.
In my case, I paid £96 for a treatment. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend at the agreed time, and I fully accept that this was my fault. I went to reception and politely asked whether anything could be done, or whether I could simply reschedule the treatment.
I spoke with a gentleman named Ali, who kindly said that he could reschedule my appointment for later that day. However, another lady arrived and first started shouting at him in another room, asking why he had agreed to this. She then came to reception and started shouting at me, saying that the money was non-refundable and that I should have attended my appointment.
I explained to her that I was not asking for a refund at all. I had only politely asked whether there was any possibility of finding a solution or rescheduling my appointment.
Unfortunately, this is how clients are treated at the spa at Fortezza Beach Resort. It is a shame that an otherwise lovely holiday can be spoiled by the rude and unprofessional attitude of one member of staff at reception.
I do not recommend this spa.
A nice place
This is a fantastic and picturesque place. The location is great. Managers are ready to solve any kind of problems. Anastasia helped me to change the room immediately when I had to do it. The food is various and delicious. There’re a lot of bars in the hotel. The waiters in a restaurant are polite and friendly. I strongly recommend visiting the spa centre. Sometimes it can be noisy in the evening if you live not far from the waterpark because all the concerts are held there. But only until 12 p.m.
Bad experience
If you are not Russian, I would not recommend staying here.
We booked this hotel for a week, but honestly, we couldn’t wait to leave. Most of the staff are Russian, and very few of them speak English or even Turkish. Almost everything, including the signs, seems to be in Russian, so it can be very difficult to communicate if you don’t speak Russian.
At lunchtime, it was extremely chaotic. People were running from the swimming pool straight to the food, with wet floors everywhere. Some people even slipped and fell because the floor was so wet.
As for the food, I don’t even know where to start. There was chicken almost every day, and the overall quality and variety of the food were very poor.
Unfortunately, this was not the relaxing holiday we expected. We booked for a week and were more than ready to leave by the end of it. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are Russian-speaking.

Poor Service and Outdated Facilities
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The Wi-Fi, safe, and bathroom door lock in the room did not work, and all our requests were ignored. The Russian-speaking reception staff were particularly unfriendly and unhelpful.
There were also long queues for food in the restaurant, and the building itself looks old and poorly maintained. Overall, the service and condition of the hotel do not match its advertised standard.

Good hotel, lots of fun and activities, perfect view with sea and mountains. Barmen Devrim is so professional! Very tasty food and cocktails, good service
