This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
First of all I must say that the staff are absolutely amazing even down to the old boy that sweeps up.. such amazing people Mustapha behind the bar especially great... now the downside.. the rooms are so small no mirrors and in need of updating.. we asked for a bigger room and told an extra 60. Pounds pp per night shocking.. secondly the food.. very much the same but will say lots of choice but very bland and mostly cold.. snacks in day nice though.. we ended up eating out most nights for 2 reasons.. 1 the food 2.. the wasps.. now the wasps are a major issue everywhere around the restaurant outside loads of them.. all the hotel needs to do is buy the scented smoke and they will soon leave the area.. that's simple but they are an issue especially for children as they are huge.. and last issue is the slip hazards everywhere.. People constantly slipping up.. the hotel needs mats or grips on stairs and around pool areas.. very dangerous.. so bear this in mind when booking.. but once again the staff are lovely and yoh get what you pay for...
Hotel was amazing great fun during day and night. Entertainment at night was great and Alex who hosted the evening entertainment made it funny especially during bingo , he was keen to help you where he could. Would 100% recommend coming here.
Another great holiday at Mirage, 4th time here and it gets better every time. Food good plenty to tea for everyone. Entertainment team fantastic they work so hard and look after everybody. Massive shout out to Alex what a guy always there to assist and help with anything you need. Already looking to come back next year.
The hotel is situated in a ideal place to get around ismeler we have stayed here 6 times now food is good entertainment staff especially Alex is great friendly stall around the hotel any problems or issues are dealt with promptly. There is a shop on site that will hire kettles etc. Would highly recommend this hotel.
My family have been coming to this hotel twice a year for the last 16 years and we love it. The staff are amazing especially Emine the hotel manager and Ayse at reception nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help with anything that you need to make your stay at the hotel more comfortable. Pool area is clean and now has new parasols which are great, as it was very hot this month. Restaurant, bar and snack bar staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant staff were always happy to find a table for you when it was a busy time. We have booked again for next year and we can't wait to return.
