My wife and I have just returned from Icmeler after staying at the Navy Hotel for 14 nights. I have to say this is the worst hotel we have stayed in after 14 years visiting Icmeler. On a positive note the Breakfast was good with a large variety of food and fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were pleasant and were continually clearing the tables. However! The room we were allocated was a complete nightmare. We had no cleaner for the first week so we constantly had to go and ask for toilet rolls and clean towels and to have the toilet bin emptied. When we finally got a cleaner the only thing she done was empty the bin and changed the towels. We had one change of bedding in the two weeks. Our bathroom area , Sink, Toilet, and shower was never cleaned as you can see by the photos. The verandas, Not only ours was obstructed by overgrown bushes. I eventually cleaned the sink , toilet, and shower myself as much as I could.

Stayed here for 3 weeks An elderly cleaner working there is lazy!!!!!! Floors,wc,sink and shower area NOT cleaned during stay!! The cleaner thinks changing the towels and emptying the bin -room cleaned!! I witnessed other guests bringing this matter up at the reception desk!!! Only to be told ‘ I will talk with the manager ‘ NOTHING HAPPENED!! You have to ask for toilet paper Ask that you would like the bed sheets changed!! Really!!!
It's a very nice 3 star hotel with exceptional service. We stayed at other 3 star hotels previously even at beach front location but their service was so bad. The bar will serve you decent drinks at very cheap prices and you know you are not cheated either. Plenty at the breakfast and the pool is nice and quiet too.
