Alenz Suite Hotel

We have just come back from here and had a horrendous time due to lack of sleep. The noise was beyond belief. Bingo starts at about 11.15 pm and there was noise until about 3am and then people get up for sun beds at 5am. The pool is a lot smaller than the photos suggest. We were unable to swim as there were so many people, all you could do was stand in the pool. I cannot comment on entertainment or food as we went out as much as possible. We have been coming to Turkey for over twenty years once or twice a year but we will not be returning to this hotel.

I’ll start with the positive’s the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very clean & spacious. Now onto the negatives this hotel charges extra for absolutely everything they even charge for evening entertainment & if you say no & choose to spend your evenings out of the hotel the staff are rude & arrogant towards you. You have to get up at 7.30 every morning to get a sunbed any later & all the beds are taken. 2 members of the entertainment Scooby & Ozzy are absolutely disgusting & in my opinion need sacking they were both rude to my 11 year old son on several occasions throughout our 2 week stay and were more interested in young teenage girls it was blatantly obvious this needs addressing by management asap & please if you are bringing teenage girls keep a close eye on them where these 2 are concerned. Other guests we spoke to had also picked up on this. I did go to reception to speak to the manager but was told rudely there wasn’t a manager available so I will log my concerns with jet2.
