The beach can be reached within a 5-minute walk, while the amphitheatre is at 10 minutes on foot. The city centre with its wide variety of shopping venues, restaurants, bars, cafés and the vibrant nightlife is just a short stroll away. The stunning marina is within walking distance. Guests are welcomed in a stylish lobby with a hint of classical design. The hotel has a lovely pool area with terraces on two levels, sun loungers, children's pool and a water slide. Guests can work out in the fitness centre and relax in the excellent spa area with hammam, sauna and massage. Additional features include a library and a hairdresser's. This hotel is ideal for couples and families with children wishing to spend a beach holiday in an urban environment.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Good location for shops bars beach restaurants well to them feels safe. Food in the restaurant good and at bbq night great and loads of choice.Breakfast has limited choice but I managed. Room is nothing like advert and is tiny we arrived late and were moved as view was bad. Very little storage space. We brought our own kettle mugs and coffee as nothing in room. On waking we discovered this view was over grown gardens and untidy balcony’s. Staff all very friendly entertainment nightly but only short shows then bar staff dances and bingo. Loved the cocktails! Pool very cold only used it 1 day loungers plentiful but very close together. Would use again for last min bit of sun but not as a main holiday.
An honest review from a well travelled couple who have been coming to Turkey for 32 years. The hotel was booked as a very late last minute booking and is generally exactly what we expected. The hotel staff are excellent and try very hard to make sure everyone has a good holiday experience. The hotel room is as advised by other reviewers small with very little storage space. It needs a little TLC but is cleaned and maintained well. We have an ongoing issue with a stagnant water smell, which they try to address everyday with bleach and other cleaners. The JET2 rep. also came to our room and said the cleaners would do their best to eradicate the smell, if not we would be moved. The smell continues however and reception has been advised. The breakfast is very good and plentiful which options changed daily. No-one could find a fault with what's offered. The pool area, although small is clean and tidy. The steps to enter the pool as there are no walk in facility are in need of attention, however the pool cleanliness is good. We had every intention on this holiday to just relax, sunbathe, read and eat and drink at the hotel, which we did for the first 5 days. However we noticed an inflated bill one evening, but as I had several drinks my wife said it was more than likely correct so we left it. The following day we were out ALL DAY on a boat trip and came back to the hotel a little tired. We had a bite to eat, 1 pizza, 1 chips I mushroom soup a fantastic orange and a beer, and went to retire early. My wife went up to pay the bill and was given 4,600 TL to pay. The bill showed teas, 5 fanta's, waters, coffees etc which we did not have as sais we were out all day. Wife spoke to the bar guy who's answer was simply its right. That was unexpected but its the hotels lose as we will no longer eat or drink during the evening as we can choose where we spend our money. When we have a soft drink during the day we will pay cash. Unfortunately there are other guests around the pool who have had similar. Such a shame as the hotel otherwise is excellent value for money.
My experience was amazing, all the staff are lovely very welcoming. They are all so genuine making sure your always okay from the moment i arrived i felt comfortable, the restaurant is lovely not a bad word to say about anything. All the bar staff, JJ, Jimmy , Romeo , Ollie , Ali are so friendly and have great customer service we were only here for a week and it seemed to have been the best week. Not one fault i have experienced. By far one of the best hotels to come to in marmaris, the entertainment is amazing always up to something. The hotel bedrooms are just perfect again not one fault about the rooms, spacious and well clean, over all my experience here at asdamaris hotel was by far the best, with the staff making it even better.
I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! It has been, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after, and the whole experience was amazing.
A huge thank you to Jimmy, Romeo, Olly, Ally and JJ, who were all incredibly lovely, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and always made me feel comfortable and valued. Their kindness and fantastic service really stood out and made such a difference to my experience. They are a real credit to the hotel!
Everything about my stay was fantastic, from the atmosphere to the service, but it was the staff who truly made it special. I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

My experience at this hotel was amazing, the staff interact and get along with guests really well. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make the customers happy always making sure they are okay. The rooms are amazing and the prices to, I’ve never been to a hotel with staff that is so genuine and kind. For them it’s all a bit of crack. We were only here a week and had an absolute ball, never a dull day with the staff members, they 100% make the trip. The staff were very quick, understanding and immediately solving any problems that had arrised.
