A Lovely Stay
We had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The room was comfortable and well suited for our stay, and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist.
The food was really nice, and the drinks were good too. We also found the food and drinks to be reasonably priced, which was a bonus.
The location is perfect, with everything you need just around a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel depending on your pace. The beach is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, depending on your pace.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't normally write a review but thought I would this time. We travelled as a family of 5. Myself, My Husband and Our 3 Kids, aged 12, 11 and 2. This is a lovely budget family friendly hotel in a great location set slightly back but just a 5min walk to the main strip/beach. Food is good we ate here plenty of times and drinks were good measures and they did happy hours buy one get one on certain drinks. You can purchase flexi meal tickets which would save you money if you wanted to eat breakfast or lunch then tea. We didn't do this as we preferred to venture out some days but knew others that did. It is worth paying for the air con, it's roughly £6 a day but well worth the cost as it was very powerful helping you to get a good night's sleep. The Staff here are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Joe was one of our favourites so good with the kids. There is entertainment on selected nights. Dancers, Light shows, Karaoke, Bingo, and have to say the kids loved the late night pool party. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone no need to get up extra early and fight for a sunbed. Lovely clean pool area and plenty of floats for the kids to play. Our toddler loved the kids pool and slides. The Rooms are spacious. Kettle, Toaster, one hob, Microwave, Fridge with a freezer compartment but I would recommend taking a mug if you like a decent cup of tea. We also took a bottle opener, dish cloth and tea towels. The shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. They offer late checkout should it be available and at a reasonable cost. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel as we throughly enjoyed our Holiday and would visit again in the future.
Our first night at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable. Bar staff repeatedly offered us free alcoholic drinks, which we refused, but the behaviour made us feel uneasy. Other guests even told us to be careful because of how the staff were acting towards us, which added to our concern.
An altercation later escalated to the point where police were called. We requested to see CCTV footage, but staff refused. Police, with a translator, also expressed concerns about the staff’s handling of the situation. At this point, we were already in the process of finding alternative accommodation as we did not feel safe staying at the hotel.
The next morning, someone claiming to be a hotel representative (but actually a staff member’s friend) told us we had to leave and that we would not be moved to another hotel. As a result, we had to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves and are currently in the process of seeking a refund through our holiday company.
Overall, we did not feel safe or supported at any point during our stay, especially after police involvement. We would not recommend this hotel!
We’ve just returned from an amazing two-week family holiday at the Blue Palace, with our family of 8, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic! This was our second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible — so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our entire stay. They really do go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the half-board option worked perfectly for our family. Our rooms were always clean and comfortable, and everything was just as we hoped it would be. We barely left the hotel for the whole two weeks because there was everything we needed right there. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together as a family and just enjoy a proper break. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special once again. We absolutely loved every minute and can’t wait to come back for our next visit! Thank you to all staff, Ozzy, Joe, Jimmy, Zaiyne, Musa, Freddie, Mirhat, Junior
