Family holiday
We stayed as a family of 7. Two rooms, one was a b and b and other was apartment. I stayed in b and b with 2 kids. Was initially really gutted when seen rooms early hours on arrival as basic and old fashioned but clean. Reminded my self its only to sleep and shower in. Paid for air-conditioning and fridge, both an absolute must in 40 degree, woke up freezing in night a few times as was so powerful 👏. Bathroom really old and shower was hard work and squirted everywhere, but we found a hack and it worked. Sunbeds were a nightmare but managed somehow most days. Food was nice, breakfast was shocking but only had it twice, either paid for menu or ate out. Drinks ok. most staff really friendly and efficient, reception less friendly. Cleaners amazing. Hotel was very clean, good location and family friendly. Entertainment wasn't as good as expected, we went out a lot due to this.overall we loved our holiday for 10 days and I think we would stay again. 🌞💓
Avoid flew home after 4 hours there
Worst hotel . Me and my 18 year old son booked into an apartment. Very basic. Like something out of the 60’s. Paid for air con and it was rubbish- it was only on the bedroom and my son was to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. No air con in there and the air con from the bedroom did not reach there. It was 37 degrees. Hotel staff agreed I could change rooms to a bedroom which meant no kitchenette area. I asked for complimentary breakfast as this would now cost us money as we had planned to eat some meals in the room. Reception manager was probably the rudest man I had ever met. He refused then when he heard me complaining to my son about this he shouted ‘now I’m not changing you rooms’. I was in tears. We only spent 4 hours on the hotel in the room trying to sort this and I was bitten to death. I had paid 2500 pounds to stay here b&b for 11 nights so I expected more than to be shouted at in front of other guests by the manager. There was no way I was staying on that room so we flew home !!! My stepmom even rang to see if they could accommodate something and the manager lied to her and said there were no rooms free to put us in when infact we were shown a room which we accepted until he screamed that he wasn’t giving us it anymore. Please avoid this hotel at all costs!!! That reception manager needs sacking !!!

2 adults one child, got given two single beds and it was a chore to change it when we arrived for the staff and they failed to understand why the two singles wasn’t enough.
Pool Couldn’t get a sun lounger - pool rules don’t apply Every evening the pool would be cleaned and the area wheee the loungers where would be washed down
Breakfast was awful - bread, cereal, Melon or water melon.
Air conditioning - reluctantly paid £35 for it to go off every 10 minutes then stop working completely during the night. Excuse along the lines of, they key card had low battery, you must shut the bathroom door.. when questioning the hotel staff for a partial refund due to paying for a service which is not working to standard the became rude and argumentative. Stating they will refund two days and then next two days but cancel it. Explained to them when you provide a service it has to be a working service failure to do so should be discounted to which they disagreed and when I then said it’s a load of s*** the reception staff proceed to call me back over and point in my face shouting don’t you dare talk like that to me. Now this was not a comment to them or at them it was my expression of the service being the aircon.
Reception staff were overall rude and not helpful at all.

Will not book again and if you are looking to go it’s good for the kids entertainment wise but other than that the hotel is bog standard and so are the staff.

On arriving reception is not the best the rooms are very basic old dated decor is bad and curtains shabby showers are new though ? Pools ok 2 big pools entertainment in the day and night food is ok nothing great breakfast is terrible just toast scrambled egg dried melon and watermelon 2 basic cereals no pastries same stuff every morning breakfast room is just concrete floor old wooden tables not very inviting staff are friendly reception not always great would not give us a extra key but coukd sell us one had to pay for fridge and kettle and safe and fan big rip.off air conditioning is old and goes off and on all night drives ypu mad snf rooms are hot espically where the studios are Overall I was shocked jet 2 or tui have it on their website I always expect better it says refurb butbitbis not they just moved furniture from one side to another so.people who stayed last year entertainment is good 👍 some drinks overpriced too overall not a great experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely stay at Club Atrium
We had a really lovely stay at Club Atrium and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was always clean and had a really nice, friendly atmosphere. It was lively with plenty going on, but not so noisy that you couldn't relax.
The food was really good and we enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings. All of the staff were brilliant – really friendly, helpful and attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The only downside for us was the air conditioning. You have to pay an additional charge for it, which wouldn't have been an issue if it had worked well, but unfortunately we found it quite unreliable and not very effective. In the Marmaris heat, decent air-con is really important, so this was definitely the main thing that could be improved.
Apart from that, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our time at Club Atrium. Clean, friendly, good food, good entertainment and lovely staff. We would definitely consider staying again. ☀️🇹🇷
