The hotel enjoys a superb location surrounded by pine forests, overlooking the Bay of Marmaris. The resort of Icmeler is approximately 2 km away while its bigger sister, Marmaris, is 6 km away. Both are easily reached by public transport which runs from the main road in front of the hotel. Marmaris Castle and marina is some 5 km away. Rhodes is accessible by ferry in some 45 minutes. The hotel is set in large, pine tree forest grounds and has its own sandy beach and pier. The accommodation consists of a main building and villa-style blocks in the gardens. Guests have access to many wonderful amenities, including the Arcadia Spa, a 330m long private beach, sun-bathing platforms and lush gardens with opportunities to stretch out on a hammock under the trees. (Some facilities may not be open year round due to weather seasonal conditions).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Our 2nd visit to this hotel in 2 years. We’ve never returned to the same hotel the year after but last year we were so impressed we booked again for this summer. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Amazing service as we had last year. I requested the same family room as last year (1810) and we had it. Clean, perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fresh towels and bedding. Food 10/10, so many places to eat. Staff were brilliant again! Special shout out to Sami around the pool - he makes our holiday. We would definitely recommend coming here. We will be back but will try another country next year.
I really don't have anything negative to say at all. The hotel and staff were excellent and we will be recommending this to our friends and family for sure. Thank you so much for a superb holiday.
Just spent July 21 - 31 at this marvellous hotel and this trip was every bit as good as last year.
All the staff are fantastic and work so hard in sweltering conditions they are the stars alongside the so many wonderful cats and kittens.
If anything the food was probably better than last year so much choice , drinks also were spot on from the coffees to the cocktails
We had a room in the main hotel which was everything you’d want and nearer the pool.
Plenty on at the pool and in the evening at the bars but if you don’t fancy that marmaris is only 20mins walk down the coastal walk.
The view from the pool into marmaris bay and the mountains is as good as you’ll get anywhere in the world in my opinion and the coastal walk is also spectacular but hard work in the heat.
I have one wish and that is in your closed months somebody is caring for all the wonderful cats.
So til next time thanks team turban and keep up the good work.
Has everything you need for a family all Inclusive.

Just returned home after a wonderful 10 days with my family of nine at this resort. We could not find fault with this place, beautiful location, wonderful pools, plenty of places to eat, great variety of food. We were accommodated in a bungalow near the water slides, maid service was excellent with daily change of towels and drinking water replenished every day, which was essential in the extreme heat! Great choice of where to base yourself during the day, poolside, beach or on one of the two piers, we normally started by the pool and went to the pier at the end of the day. Drink service by the pool was excellent, provided by two staff on roller blades! Esra was particularly friendly and very sweet! Food was great, plenty of places to eat, and we had two meals at the Ala Carte restaurants, Turkish and Steak, which was delicious. Entertainment was provided on a daily basis, with some great shows. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, and amazing how they manage to cater for 2,000 customers! Would highly recommend this resort for a family holiday, and we would all love to return on day.
