The hotel enjoys a superb location surrounded by pine forests, overlooking the Bay of Marmaris. The resort of Icmeler is approximately 2 km away while its bigger sister, Marmaris, is 6 km away. Both are easily reached by public transport which runs from the main road in front of the hotel. Marmaris Castle and marina is some 5 km away. Rhodes is accessible by ferry in some 45 minutes. The hotel is set in large, pine tree forest grounds and has its own sandy beach and pier. The accommodation consists of a main building and villa-style blocks in the gardens. Guests have access to many wonderful amenities, including the Arcadia Spa, a 330m long private beach, sun-bathing platforms and lush gardens with opportunities to stretch out on a hammock under the trees. (Some facilities may not be open year round due to weather seasonal conditions).
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages and facials. Water lovers can head down to the private beach, or take a dip in one of the 2 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and supervised childcare.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Loved this hotel . We had a room that was up top end of the grounds it was a walk up hill I struggled with asthma so found it a bit hard due to the heat . We asked if we could change rooms it was no problem to the staff they were brilliant our room in b block was lovely. It’s the only time on holiday I’ve got to the beach around 10 am usually I am there for 8 am but having breakfast going coffee shop just chilling . Beach was amazing beach bar staff were brilliant looked after us . Food was very nice . There’s a quiet bar we’re all your drinks are in crystal glasses that was great . Hotel is immaculate . Staff are so good .
I have just returned from my holiday at the Grand Yazıcı Thermal Club Hotel, and although I am sad that my vacation has come to an end, I can honestly say that I had a wonderful stay.
The hotel is beautifully located in a pine forest, surrounded by lush greenery, colorful flowers, and even fruit trees such as banana, orange, lime, and pomegranate trees. The entire resort feels peaceful, vibrant, and very well maintained.
The food was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, especially at dinner, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a little less varied, but still offered enough choices for everyone. The restaurant was always clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly without being overly attentive.
One of the things that impressed me most was the sandwich bar, which is open from midnight until 6:00 a.m. This is a fantastic service for guests arriving late at night. Fresh sandwiches, soup, and hot tea are available, so nobody has to go to bed hungry. I have stayed in many hotels and have never seen anything quite like this. There is also a 24-hour beach bar serving drinks, which gives the impression that the hotel never sleeps. 😊
Cleanliness throughout the resort deserves special praise. Rooms are cleaned daily, and even the walkways are regularly washed. There is always something happening, so it is impossible to get bored. Guests can enjoy snack bars, coffee and cakes, live performances in the amphitheater, and evening entertainment at the beach bar.
The hotel feels very safe and secure, with security staff at the entrance ensuring that only guests have access to the property. Another highlight is the excellent selection of à la carte restaurants. The Turkish cuisine was simply outstanding. I thought I had already experienced the best Turkish food, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me. Everything we tried was delicious.
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the lack of designated smoking areas. Unfortunately, guests smoke almost everywhere: around the pools, at the outdoor café, snack bars, beach areas, and even in outdoor restaurant sections. As a non-smoker, it can be difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy the fresh air without being surrounded by cigarette smoke, especially when children are nearby.
I would also like to mention one issue regarding housekeeping. The cleaning staff work very hard and do an excellent job, which I truly appreciate. However, there were several occasions when they entered the room without knocking. On the day of our departure, despite check-out being at 12:00 p.m., a housekeeper entered our room at around 10:00 a.m. intending to start cleaning. Similar situations occurred during our stay. Even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, it did not always seem to be respected. While I fully understand that housekeeping staff have a schedule to follow, guests’ privacy should also be respected.
Despite these minor concerns, my overall experience was excellent. The thermal pools with their warm water were another fantastic feature and added something truly special to the stay.
Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Yazıcı Thermal Club Hotel. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Marmaris. If I ever return to Marmaris, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.❤️
Absolutely blown away with this hotel! Best all inclusive I've ever been to. The choice of food and drink was incredible. All the cocktails you could dream of, all professionally made and garnished. I was pleasantly surprised with the option of Aperol spritz and strawberry mojitos! The main restaurant is busy but so plentiful of food, nothing runs out and there is so much choice! Seeing other reviews say there is not much choice or the food is poor is mind blowing! The Al carte food is also amazing! We stayed for 10 days - you're meant to only get 1 complimentary for each 7 days but we got 2!
The pier is best place to spend the day but if you want a sunbed there you do have to be up very early, or you have to be brave enough to to move the hotel towels places there selfishly by guests that don't even turn up there all day?!?! We had no shame In going down at 9/10am and removing towels. (There is also a sign saying guests shouldn't do this, would be good if staff would remove them too!)
The complex its self is beautiful! So green and well looked after! Lots of cute cats too and the hotel feeds them too, which is sweet!
When we arrived we were put in b block - we asked to move as the aircon wasn't great and also b block felt abit quiet and dated compared to everywhere else! We moved to the garden bungalows which were 1000x better! We loved our stay here!
The staff were amazing! So attentive! Emir at the 24/7 pool bar was a favourite for us!

We once again visited for our 9th time in September and I honestly say it just gets better. We always request the garden rooms and location if possible which they didn’t disappoint. The whole team of staff were 5* once again, big shout to Ahmet Muret, Emir, Ali and the wider team for once again making our holiday the best including all our friends we have made over the years

Thankyou yet again to the wonderful Grand Yazici Turban Thermal for another wonderful holiday 🙌. We kindly requested a specific room and it was lovely as always as love the Garden bungalows. Thankyou! We met some amazing people this year who will be friends for life! We call this our second home and will be returning next year as the hotel has everything to offer. Fantastic food, entertainment and always of course the staff. Big shoutout to Mustafa in restaurant as we first met him 3 years ago! He is lovely. To the amazing bar staff Emir, Firat, Ozzy, Ahmet, always looking after us and to others cannot remember everyone’s names! To the wonderful Ergun & Fatima who look after us on the beach along with Ahmet & Saim at pool. A special mention to Mehdi at Asian restaurant as the food and service was second to none. To the lovely Reception staff! Thankyou!! We cannot wait to see you again next year to visit our little slice of paradise. Lots of love Mel & Neil 🥰
