Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
An amazing hotel, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, great location right next to the beach, Food was amazing always something for all our family of 12, all cooked freshly Special mention to yusef/joseph who always looked after us with respect and was a brilliant waiter. The rooms were lovely and clean everyday beds changed and fresh towels Cleaner would leave water and drinks in the fridge every day we had side sea view amazing view. The entertainment team were brilliant always chatting and work very hard Gino Freddo, alou, she remembered all our names was always happy The hotel spa was amazing best Turkish bath we’ve had the onsite hairdresser was good too £20 for wash n blow dry Can’t wait for next year we’ll be back.
My son loved it at kids club, he didn’t want to leave! The girls made him feel really welcome and happy he had so much fun there. Thank you girls x
We’ve stayed at Green Nature Diamond Hotel several times now, and once again it didn’t disappoint! The hotel itself is fantastic, the rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are absolutely fabulous. It really feels like a home away from home every time we visit.
There’s a mostly new entertainment team this year, and they have been brilliant. Everyone has been so friendly, but a special mention has to go to Freddo, who has been absolutely fantastic with the kids. From joining in with the water fights at the pool and happily letting the kids throw him in, to playing tag with them at night, he has gone above and beyond to make sure they have fun. We also really enjoyed the morning darts with John. And a special mention to Gino, who has been here since our very first visit and is still doing a fantastic job — it’s always lovely to see a familiar face and he continues to be brilliant at what he does. The whole entertainment team have made our days and evenings so enjoyable.
We also tried the Italian à la carte restaurant, and it was wonderful. The food was amazing, and the décor was beautiful. It made for a lovely evening and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The main restaurant also has a great choice of food, with plenty of variety. A special mention has to go to our waiter Muhamett, who was excellent. He remembered us from last year, which was such a lovely personal touch, and looked after us so well whenever he was working. On his nights off, Gogo looked after us extremely well too and was always so attentive and friendly.
Once again, we’ve had a fantastic holiday at Green Nature Diamond. The combination of the hotel, food, entertainment and, most importantly, the amazing staff is what keeps bringing us back. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️🇹🇷
My child did not want to participate in the Kids Club activities and preferred to play independently,but the staff kept insisting that they join.My child did not feel comfortable with the amount of group activities throughout the day. As a parent,my child’s happiness and comfort are the most important things to me.ı believe children should be given the freedom to choose whether they want to participate or play on their own. Unfortunately because of this experience,I’m not sure I would choose this Kids Club again.The food was really disappointing, and there was a strong smell coming from the kitchen that spread throughout the hotel. We stayed at the hotel during w/c 12th September. It was my myself, my wife and my dad. We are in our mid 40’s and he is in his late 70’s. Hotel is very clean, looks nice and staff are relatively friendly. The location of the hotel is spot on. Right on the main strip for all the shops both left and right. Out the back your right on the beach promenade where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel rooms we were given were fine, we had 5th floor so had a lovely view out. I did not find the bed particularly comfy but I suppose you Carnt please everyone. During our stay we found the buffet restaurant ok, there is plenty of options, however if your English and like your fry ups don’t expect to get this. I lived in eggs, eggs and more eggs all different ways during g the week for breakfast. We had dinner 3 nights in the main buffet, we were all not overly impressed. we went to the Mexican one evening, the food was nice and it was very quiet in there so had good service. We had some lovely meals out along the beach promenade and the value was great. Entertainment team during the day around the pool do try and put effort in, however this is just not our cup of tea, some of it was fairly crap. The pool temperature was freezing, however after sitting boiling in the sun is very refreshing to say the least, after 5 mins you do acclimatise to it. The lunch restaurant by the pool is ok, you can get a burger, pizza, chips, chicken doner meet, salad etc, however it’s the same thing day in day out. The hotel at night has fairly poor atmosphere, they do put on entertainment however again not great, they do try, they seemed to put in some entertainment for children. If people claim this is a five star hotel i certainly wouldn’t agree, we are accustomed to staying in nice 4/5 star hotels, however I would say this is more like a very good 3.5/4 star hotel. It could be so much better if the food and restaurant scene was improved. It’s also the little things like drinks being given in plastic cups etc that lets it down. They do do cocktails however my wife likes a mojito of which she couldn’t get in any of the bars on site. Overall was a nice week away, would I go back to stay in this hotel, probably not, not unless you could just get a room only deal as the hotel is probably one of the nicest in the area, I would just focus on eating and drinking elsewhere.
