This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Marmaris, where the magical blue of the Aegean Sea and green pines combine to create fabulous natural surroundings. In addition to the wide range of facilities the hotel offers, a kids' club and a playground is also included. It is truly the perfect choice for couples and families of all ages. Guests can retire at the end of their day to the spacious, modern, comfortable and well-equipped rooms which have one king-size or 2 twin beds plus a sofa bed.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a water slide and an outdoor tennis court. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
Hotel is lovely many food choices even for me who is a fussy eater plenty to choose from, also has on site hair. dressers Jacks had lovely wash blow dry and curled felt amazing and silky my hair great value for money well worth that lil extra treat , only down fall is get up early to get sun beds over than that can’t fault hotel will be back for sure.

Firstly i will start by saying we came to this hotel as a family of 4 , 2 Adults and 2 Children (2,9) the youngest with additional needs, we visited this year back in May and again in September both for 14 nights ..... During the first stay we had a Family Suit which included a garden, jacuzzi bath, washing machine and two seperate bedroom areas, the stay in September we went for the standard double room which we had a additional cot , both rooms were clean and suited our needs but overall i think id choose the standard double room for the price difference.
The food is standard all inclusive type , they do have a outside grill and id reccomend the pizzas and pancakes in the morning ! (see pics for food times )
The hotel is fully accessible with wheelchair ramps and x2 lifts in the main building and x1 lift in the additional building, there are also bigger accessible rooms avalible with larger balconies upon request.
Reception is open 24/7 and always happy to help , from checking in to lost property to taxis and on one occasion when my daughters bag was left in a taxi they tracked it down for me and it was returned within 10mins !
The hairdressers on site is perfect for getting your hair washed and blow dryed after a day in the pool and id highly reccomend the bronzing oil massage in the spa !! my only regret is i didnt have it done sooner into our stay so i could go again !! Info Ozzy is the man to see for prices hes usually wandering round somewhere :-)
On both visits to the hotel we purchased jewellery from the store in the hotel and i will definitely be buying more , they also offer a jewellery cleaning option which you have to see to believe !!
Now on to the best part by far about the Grand Cettia Hotel is the entertainment team !! Our youngest son has additional needs and has very loud meltdowns throughout the day ..... i was dreading the whole holiday experience if im honest.... i shouldnt have worried :-) each and everytime the team saw him having big emotions they were straight by him , calming him and making us feel safe and included .... Barney you will hear before you see him , imagine Gru with unlimited energy and your halfway there ...... Deniz you will find trying to get you to play water polo and darts .... it is important you play its the funniest team building game ever ! ( hes also my boys new bestie and i think deniz had hold of him more than me lol ) ..... Jon and Lucifer youll find asking if you want bingo tickets and to play the football card , we loved our little chats learning a bit more about turkish life and the area 😀 there never without a smile and always around to help 😀 , Our daughter is a big fan of Amy and Lar who run the kids club , from tshirt painting to pizza making and bracelet making ,not forgetting movie night ! im hoping during our next visit our youngest will be able to kids club as this time he was to young.
There is entertainment throughout the day from pool partys to dancing teams , mini disco every evening, bingo and a different show each night , turkish dancing , belly dancing and games night were some of our favourites 😍 There is karaoke everynight in the sherlock holmes bar which is on site!!
During both visits this year we found sunbeds everyday even the days we didnt go down till late morning, Ali deserves a mention also hes one of the cleaners who keeps the place spotless , he always makes a effort to say hello with a big smile on his face even when he was rushed off his feet !!
The main pool has a 2 slides and the kids splash pool is perfect for toddlers !
If you have any problems during your visit just pop to reception or the hotel manager Marta is always out and about making sure everything is perfect !
Would just like to say the hotel and staff are amazing will definitely be back food was really good especially the cake section was spoilt for choice the entertainment team were simply the best always getting everyone involved with bingo at night and games throughout the day the guest entertainment were really good and something different every night my favourite was the Ethiopian acrobatics how they do that stuff is simply amazing I would like to give a special shout out to Barny Lucifer Dennis Jack the team go above and beyond dont know how they keep going all day in the heat very special people am going to miss them
10/10 hotel one off the most welcoming and friendly hotel entertainers are awesome
