DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! The worst experience I have ever had not only is the hotel a disgrace open sewerage pipes in the bathrooms doors don’t lock the staff are absolutely disgusting shouting racist comments towards us for being British we actually felt unsafe around the staff! On the last night a member of staff attacked a 17 year old boy who’s was on holiday with us for no reason at all when I asked for the cctv so I could ring the police and they refused and said no police as they’re staff will get in trouble! Absolutely disgusting would not recommend at all I’m waiting for a reply from them still none so every bit of proof I have will be going on all social media!!
Location was amazing so was the view from the hotel. The rooms of the hotel was a decent size however the cleanliness was awful the room was never cleaned we were not given clean towels or bedding rubbish was swept under the bed and bins were never emptied. The all inclusive food and drinks were terrible food had the same taste every day and restaurant stink of sewage before entering. Ice cream was only in for a hour and there was only 2 flavours to choose from. The staff did not like English people as we were treated differently. The chef shouted at a family member shut up you British C**t and on the last night staff attacked another family member who was only 17. The locals asked where did we find the hotel as no British people ever stay there. Mine and my partners sliders were stolen and the chocolate out of the fridge was stolen on the last night.
Would absolutely not recommend in the slightest the hotel staff have jumped my brother in hotel lobby who is 17 have given him a black eye n has sprained his ankle the hotel staff then acted like nothing happened and were pretending they didn’t understand saying no to given the cttv don’t go here with your kids
Hi, we're are two ladies coming in October & have booked an Anex room, is it possible to have two single beds instead of a double bed? Thank you
Stayed here 23 of us 6 family's and we all had the best time staff were lovely entertainment day and night kids loved the annex pool with slide and park and all loved the main pool ,food was ok expecially the kebab lots of variety could do with more of a fruit selection but all was good ,WiFi tends only to be at lobby or pool area but this wasn't a problem ,rooms nice and big I was a family of 2 adults 3 kids we had a 2 bedroom in the annex each room with balcony rooms were clean but could do with update ,lovely large fridge in room stocked with drinks on arrival, I would definitely return we had the best time all of us ,lovely hairdressers onside and tattooists
