Maris Beach

Great hotel right on the beach front. Lovely staff, excellent food in the restaurant and rooms were cleaned every day. All friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Great location to shops and bars, and beach waiter service which was great. Only one thing let the hotel down and that was the poor choice of breakfast. We paid in addition at the restaurant for full English breakfast which was excellent. Would definitely go back to the hotel, nice relaxed surroundings and quiet area. The restaurant food was probably the best we had in Marmaris and not expensive in comparison to other places.

Been going for years but may consider another hotel for next year. Location is great, rooms are small but adequate and kept very clean. The issue we had was the cleanliness of the seating in the downstairs restaurant. It is filthy. The large cushion seats were badly stained and put us off eating here. The small cushions on the single seats were well past there date. The constant complaining from one of the head waiters became unbearable at times and the way he shouted at the young lads was embarrassing so we would just finished our drinks and went elsewhere. Its a shame as there was a time when we wouldn't go anywhere else.

What an awesome 8 days with my family and friends, with a planned wedding and two birthdays thrown in. Our 2nd year at this hotel that my daughter insisted we return, with family guests visiting for the first time. everyone was gob smacked at the location and the views from the upper levels looking out over the bay on Marmaris. The hotel as reviews is spotless, the cleaners cheerful and polite. restaurant staff go out of their way, very sociable like to get in a few cracks and giggles. Antonio Spike the main characters, great choice of food and always gets packed at night. Breakfast is free with a few hot items, loads of fruit selection. Don't expect a full complete English as they cater for all nationality. If you prefer a full English breakfast purchase one in the restaurant. Who caters fro Turkish in hotels in the UK. Take NOTE when booking as some reviews don't appear to read the small print. Extra cost for air con, safe.is itemized, no mention of providing a kettle, or towels for the beach ( beach towels are cheap in local shops) You save on the sunbed anyway so a win win situation. Great location with beach with cushions on sunbeds/parasols as well. j Just order a drink/food give your hotel number and it is brought to your bed. Suggest soft beach shoes for the hot sand underfoot plus a few stones as you enter the clear blue water. Just relax and take in the buzzing water sports close by, even the para gliders drop down over the sunbed to give you a buzz. I booked again two days after returning home as did my two daughters. Even the future son-in-law said, sorry Europe this is my 1st choice from now on. Lastly shopper hollics will be on a high with all the shop selection topics so leave some room in your case. The Marmaris harbor is a must at night when all the designed gallons are lit up with the theme of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Loads of trips for all ages so don't just lie on a sunbed explore your options. Overall you will not be disappointed. I'm returning in two weeks , I cannot wait to meet up with the friends we made at this lovely hotel. All enjoy and a safe journey to anyone who has already booked.
