Best hotel by far
First time coming to Turkey with my 2 boys, and we absolutely loved it. When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately met with love. The staff here quickly turn into family, we have visited many countries and have never experienced anything like we have here. You are more than a guest, the staff cannot do enough for you. Extremely polite, helpful and lovely. We were offered a 'meal deal' option for our stay, a great deal for all meals throughout the day and the food was freshly cooked and beautiful. Absolutely 10/10 all round. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!
Good for your buck
Staff are friendly and very accommodating, very cheerful and charismatic like one staff member named Kenzo. Rooms are satisfactory for the money we paid for the hotel. Only real qualms are that you cannot use the wifi inside of your rooms but rather your balconies and that it’s about 60 pounds for air con in each room, no air con is tolerable but it was a bit frustrating. They are very helpful for picking out activities and booking them for you and all you really need is the money for them. There are night shows which are fun to go to when you are not tired but can be a bit loud at night. The lobby and tables are relatively well cleaned and the hotel is pretty close to the city when taking a bus which has a nice beach and another beach which is more pricey but is booked by the hotel if you pay for it, with free sunbeds and good food.

Nice family stay on outskirts of city
In a good location , it’s a bit far from the city centre however it’s very easy to get to the city centre with public transport. The staff are all amazing super helpful and nice can not fault them, always very friendly and ready to help. Rooms are very nice only downside is that you have to pay £60 for aircon however we were able to do without for the holiday so not mandatory. Great value for money for what you get , breakfast is a bit basic but you are able to upgrade breakfast for a price. overall atmosphere was amazing, entertainment every night so can’t complain. Has some shops and restaurant nearby so don’t have to eat at the hotel if you don’t want to. Rooms were always super clean , cleaning staff was lovely and very happy with it, aswell as the overall cleanliness of the hotel it was great. Noise levels were mostly great however hotel is near a mosque so do have mosque prayers twice a day for about 5 minutes but not disruptive at all. Only downside is the pool depth it is quite deep starts at 1.6m and goes to 2m so not friends for those who can’t swim ( there is a smaller kids pool section however) but besides this I would highly recommend, the hotel helped with activities and gave us a great deal!!
Nice Place
Great hospitality, funny staff, welcoming atmosphere, entertaining shows although the free breakfast was a bit bare and a few of the prices were a bit excessive but that’s expected in an area full of tourists at peak holiday times, but £60 for one week of air con is bizarre to me. Pool also quite deep, not a good idea for non-confident swimmers and the actual shallow area is small and locked by a gate, meant for small children. And Wi-Fi only works downstairs and in the balconies of some rooms. But the fun environment made up for it
