This fantastic Turkish hotel is ideally located in the tourist resort of Marmaris, at only a few minutes from the city centre and is well linked by public transport, what makes it the perfect spot to discover the city and its surroundings. Travellers might visit the famous Mamaris Castle, which is only a 3-minute drive away, as well as Marmaris Port, which is located at 3 km distance. This family-friendly establishment features modern rooms, elegantly equipped with useful amenities and designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy an extensive and delicious buffet in the on-site restaurant, which offers local and international specialities, and taste a refreshing drink at the poolside bar. The spa, with its sauna and Turkish bath, is the best place to relax after a tough workout in the well-equipped fitness area. Other facilities include parking, Wi-Fi access and funny night shows.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The only thing good about this hotel was the tattooists and the hairdresser!! 10/10 for them my partner and son had tattoo’s and they was brilliant and I had my hair done and was a great job!very pleased. Some of the staff was ok the rest very ignorant, be warned if you go with your young daughters the guy who does the entertainment is very touchy feely with the young girls we seen it night upon night with him!! Food well same as all inclusive hotels same as every day repeated a lot. There is lots of other very good hotels around be warned of this one.
Overall we had a great holiday - thankyou TUI!
Negatives: Very Russian centric - so expect pushing in (when queueing) and general rudeness to both staff and other guests. Food was at best adequate - there was little choice and most of the options catered for Russian taste/culture. By Turkey All Inclusive standards this was the poorest choice we had - though when compared to alternatives like Greece, this was still a good standard. Entertainment was very poor, and the one entertainment guy played inappropriate rap songs with foul language and sex references quite a lot during the day - he clearly didn't judge his audience as people left poolside quite a bit during these 'sessions'. He spent a lot of his time smoking and talking to Russians at the pool bar. Snacks and the 'all inclusive' element were perfunctory at best. 3 sugary cocktails on offer - and burgers / chips as a snack for a 2 hour window - poor.
Positives: Clean Rooms with great aircon - spacious enough with powerful showers and good hot water. Not a big hotel, Great location - a ten minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. Never struggled to get a sun bed. Really pleasant staff who could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Great price for a late booking during school holidays.
Would we stay here again - most definitely yes - despite the niggles highlighted above.
Great food, great service, and the staff will help you with anything you need. We’re very satisfied! We love Erol
Firstly the hotel is in a fab location it is tucked away from the noise but a very short walk away from the busy centre. The pool area is lovely and there was plenty of sunbeds to choose from anytime during the day. The staff were all pleasant and the girl on reception was very nice and very helpful to us (bag left in taxi with meds etc in) Rooms are okay, very limited wardrobe space though. Shower amazing Rooms are a bit dated but perfectly ok Food was hit and miss, lots of fruit etc not much cooked choice though Lunch and dinner very repetitive but saying this it certainly didn’t stop some guests from eating large multiple plates of food. We were lucky enough to get a 4pm checkout for €40 per room. Great when you’re flying at midnight. There is a well equipped shop on site but be careful when getting change back !! All in all a nice holiday I would recommend for adults but not families as there isn’t much for kids. Take mosquito cream if your prone to getting bitten Take sterling or lira’s don’t bother with euros.
Location was a bit further out than expected but u could catch a bus at end of thd rd to take u anywhere, food repetitive not what ive been used to in turkey but first time in marmaris, cocktails aren't the best, the entertainment was good so big shout out to erol who kept us going , always up for a laugh with his singing n dancing , playing water polo, playing bingo , karaoke organising the night events 😄 , wee older man at reception was lovely as wad the assistant manager she was lovely aswell , maids where good aswell
