Manaspark Deluxe Hotel

Where do I even begin? This hotel is an absolute hidden gem! My mum, my sister, and I stayed here for the first time, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff truly made our holiday unforgettable. Every single member of the team—from reception, restaurant, and bar staff to housekeeping and maintenance—was warm, welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel like valued guests.

Our beautiful pool-view rooms were spotless, spacious, and had stunning views. Waking up every morning overlooking the pool was the perfect start to the day.

The food was exceptional. As an all-inclusive hotel, the variety and quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were outstanding, with something for everyone. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always topped up and happily helping if we had any questions about the food.

A special mention has to go to the snack bar, which is far more than just a snack bar! Open from 2:00 pm until 1:00 am, it offers a fantastic freshly cooked afternoon and evening menu, delicious desserts, cakes, and an ice cream bar. Once again, the staff provided amazing table service and made every meal a pleasure.

The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained. There are two lovely swimming pools and two bars, including one beside the snack bar and the main bar near the evening entertainment. Even while relaxing by the pool, the staff regularly brought drinks straight to our sunbeds, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The Balinese Spa was another highlight of our stay. My mum, my sister, and I all enjoyed full massage treatments, and they were incredible. A huge thank you to Ninda and Nanda for their amazing massages, and to Cemil for his kindness, excellent service, and making us feel so welcome at the spa.

The evening entertainment was fantastic every night. A special thank you to our wonderful Erol, who hosted the entertainment so brilliantly. He always made us feel welcome, remembered everyone’s names, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a great time.

Another huge thank you goes to Abdullah at the bar. He kept us laughing every evening with his great sense of humour while serving drinks with a smile. He works incredibly hard, as do all the bar team, and their energy and friendliness really add to the wonderful atmosphere.

The owner should be incredibly proud because every member of staff is a credit to the hotel. From the housekeeping team who kept our room immaculate every day, to the maintenance staff cleaning the pools each evening and preparing the grounds every morning, everyone’s hard work is clear to see.

This hotel has truly won our hearts. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We’ve made so many wonderful memories here, and we already can’t wait to return in 2027. Thank you to every single member of the team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and unforgettable holiday.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean but dated. The food is The same day after day. It is not suitable for anyone with a disability or walking issues, there are no lifts. The highlight were the staff , who were all giving 100%. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they are friendly and polite.

We adored this hotel. Set back from the strip.away from the extra heat and noise. But just a fairly level 8 minute walk in to town. So much room to be at ease. Never a shortage of sunbeds. Food is good to great. Drinks are brand name stuff and the bar staff will do their best to make anything you want - so much better than other hotels in the area.

As with any hotel, there are also negatives. These are an awful lot of trip hazards and a fair few maintenance issues (I went through the decking twice) and more careful attention to decorating would be good.

Would I come back ? Absolutely. The staff and quality Of food and alcohol and service are so good. The daily shuttle to Paradise Beach is great value and worth every penny. I love the separated quiet pool as well. Even the shop on site is reasonably priced. Stand out was the fresh fish cooked to order for you most days.

Bloody Erroll is of course a true gentleman. Never too invasive and keen to make the very best of your holiday. He also adores English CRUMPETS and would be grateful for any you can cram in to your suitcase.
