For everyone else, look anywhere else. Our stay was a masterclass in mismanagement, bad infrastructure, and outright indifference from both the hotel staff and the booking provider (easyJet holidays, looking at you). The Room & Facilities

When front-desk requests go ignored, rooms flood, privacy is non-existent, and staff treat you with open hostility, a hotel fails in every department. Luckily, we are a group of friends who always make the most of life, so we still managed to have a great week regardless—though that was entirely down to our own attitude and no thanks to the resort!
We would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
Lovely hotel . The location is ideal, at the top of the strip but not to close, the taxi rank is a few metres away . The rooms are big and the air con is efficient . The only downside to the room was it needs brighter lighting in the bathroom. The food is predominantly Turkish which you would expect when visiting an other country , although you can always find something tasty. The pool area has ample loungers and umbrellas. Unfortunately the pool walls were in need of a good scrub as lots of green . The pool bar could maybe do with a few extra items such as local liquors if possible. Maybe more tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. All the staff are so friendly and smiling all the time. I big thank you to the lady that cleaned our room 2032 , fresh flowers on the dressing table and one day towels modelled like swans and petals on the bed. Good value for money
I've never wanted to leave a hotel so quickly, was there for 10 days,after seeing the flies escaping from the service station as you lifted the lids, I lived on bread, all inclusive bar kept running out of basic shorts to the extent you could only have alcohol free cocktails, snackbar in afternoon was the leftover chips, burger, from lunch which was left on the side not covered where again flies ate happily, was sold as a 4star hotel literally wouldn't give zero stars! Breakfast was being set up at 4-30am but doors opened at 7-00am hence COLD no fresh omelette cooked for you, if you were lucky to be at griddle when doing fried egg then at least hot, unless you were vegetarian as same griddle cooked chicken night before+ still black + unclean, god help if you suffer allergies as no food was labelled to let you know what you were eating to be honest all cold looked like prison slop, evening meals occasionally had a label, Pool area cluttered with beakers from evening drinkers , sick by sunbeds not cleaned up, bar filthy only 4 stools to sit at bar, entertainment Darts (day), bingo , karaoke if you could find a seat to sit on only 22 seats , 300 guests, sunbed wars also just not enough provided no pool towels either told to go buy one , list goes on on on just be prepared if you are thinking of staying here ohhh + no toaster, broken but it's been broke for 3 years!!
We are resting in this hotel for the second time, we returned here with pleasure. Oludeniz is a paradise town, and the hotel deserves a special distinction! Very tasty and varied cuisine, you can feel the special care of the staff! All problems are solved immediately! This is the only place where you want to come back again!!! The hotel has great animation and animator Misut♥️ We will definitely come back again♥️
Why oh why do hotels let people personalise sun beds all week but hardly use them, we never went to pool as I’m not fond of swimming in peoples urine but on checkout day it would have been nice to lounge for a bit, people and kids leave trash everywhere in the evening. Pool bar man was a scream with his eye rolling when we ordered drinks. Signal bad, food cold at breakfast. Room o.k air con a bit slow.
