The entertainment team are amazing. Such a great place to go. Would recommend
We loved this hotel very much . All members of staff were very polite. When we arrived, our room was not big enough so we went to upgrade it and ( Koray) the supervisor at the reception helped us to get a bigger room at a reasonable price . His service was very good and quick action straight away . I will give Koray 10/10 . He really knows how to deal with customers. The entertainment was fabulous no dull moments . Food was ok though I was not keen on their Currys and stews they tasted abit salty to me but probably other people loved it .Rather than that , they had variety of other options (Plenty to eat ) I would recommend this hotel . Bars are plenty and lots to drink too . I would go there again .
My daughter and myself stayed here in august and we had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and tidy and the hotel staff were friendly and professional and I'd also like to mention the hotel advisor Hasan Goktan Aydemir for sorting all our excursions for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
Location wise is really good both walking distance to Hisarönü and Fethiye Town. Atmosphere at this hotel is absolutely amazing the entertainment team made my holiday they are wonderful and work really hard to entertain the guests. Rooms are small but very clean. Food was good always a different theme every night I would recommend this hotel 100 percent I will be back next year. Pools are good and the water slides spa is amazing also staff are all friendly and helpful but the entertainment team did it for me amazing job amazing hotel
I’ll caveat this by saying I understand this was never marketed as a luxury resort, and I wasn’t expecting it to feel like a genuine 5-star. However, even with realistic expectations, it still fell well below what I expected.
The atmosphere felt more like a very rowdy British holiday resort than the type of all-inclusive we usually choose. We witnessed children fighting and groups of older teenagers bullying younger children, with no parental supervision. Some children were rude and derogatory towards the lifeguards, who had a challenging job trying to manage large, unsupervised groups around the pools and slides. The lifeguards were doing their best in difficult circumstances.
The resort itself is okay, but very loud and full-on. The daytime and evening entertainment is extremely loud, and the thudding music travels right up the valley. We went to bed around 9pm on several occasions and could still hear it clearly, despite not being near the entertainment. There was also considerable noise from guests above and next door.
The food was our biggest disappointment. We’ve stayed in several all-inclusives and this was easily the worst. Very basic, limited choice, with lots of frozen food, burgers, pizza, chips and frozen kofte patties. If food quality isn’t a priority, you’ll probably be fine.
Our Superior room was disappointing — dirty, damp, basic and tired. The cocktails were also poor.
I saw lots online about people paying for room upgrades. Personally, I wouldn’t bother. The “luxury” block with its own pool and balcony hot tubs overlooks the front of the resort, including the taxi/bus parking area. Not exactly a view I’d pay extra for.
Unfortunately, my husband and daughter were both unwell during our stay. I can’t say whether this was food-related or simply a bug going around, so I wouldn’t blame the hotel without knowing.
The housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful when my daughter was sick, offering to clean the room and providing cleaning products when I chose to do it myself.
The slides are great fun and the nearby water park is excellent. The location is also okay, with Ölüdeniz only a short dolmuş or taxi ride away.
We have stayed at Montana Pine which is nearby and, for us, this resort is far superior.
All in all, this just wasn’t our cup of tea. Unfortunately, it isn’t a holiday I would repeat or recommend.
