Superb hotel, excellent food (and hot) brilliant staff and best of all no sunbed wars. The only thing thats stops us going back was the noise. The hotel entertainment didnt stop booming till 12 and a couple of the bars from the strip thumped till gone 1am which is not the fault of the hotel. Apart from this couldnt fault it.
Lovely hotel. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Great location. Very friendly staff. Entertainment good. We would stay again. Special thanks to Suzan and Aybuke
Just stayed at Sundia for 10 days. We had a great time on the whole, though there are a few things that dragged it down from a 5 to a 4.
Let’s start with the good! Hotel very clean, and kept tidy throughout the day when it’s busy Staff were very polite and extremely hard working in all areas. The team running the snack bar during lunchtime are fantastic. Food here was a highlight. Main buffet restaurant served up lots of freshly made food - especially outside - most not quite to our taste as it was very traditional - but you are in Turkey, so it’s to be expected. Pool and sun loungers lovely, and no bad sunbed wars that we’ve seen elsewhere Good atmosphere in the day with music at the right volume, and activities going on. Spa and Turkish bath fab - worth a visit if you are happy to spend a bit more.
Now the not so good We had 3 of us in a room. This was very small with the fold out bed, and storage space is very limited. Balcony is so small you can’t realistically use it Aircon was very temperamental, and not cold for much of the holiday. Not ideal when it’s scorching hot by day and very warm overnight. Food choice could do with more options for kids. It’s non existent here, and if you’ve got a fussy eater then you will struggle. Had much better choices elsewhere. Noise is an issue if you want to go to sleep any time before 1am. Firstly the music from the hotel, and then loud late night bars on the main street (which the hotel backs on to) have thumping loud music which can make it hard to sleep. Kids club is advertised as 4-12, but in reality it’s very limited, and if your child is over the age of 6 they will be very bored. Our 9 year old went a couple of times and then didn’t bother for the rest of the trip.
I would say to people that you’ll have a good holiday here, and Oludeniz is a nice area. A happy trip overall!
Fabulous hotel, fantastic staff! Especially busra & grasika in the gagai bar! Who go above & beyond with their cheerful nature! & the make a fantastic pink lady cocktail! 10/10 ladies!
I have just returned from an 11-night stay at this wonderful hotel, and I honestly couldn’t fault a thing!
The food was of a very high standard, with plenty of choice, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff work incredibly hard and were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
I’ve been to Olu Deniz on many occasions, and this is without doubt the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
