t-shirt "gone missing"
The hotel and beach were great but the episode described in the following message was unacceptable and the manager didn't even bother replying. Over a week has passed now and it's honestly unacceptable.
Dear Hotel Manager, I asked to speak to you this morning at checkout but I was told that you were not available and to text you on WhatsApp. Yesterday the cleaner (I don’t have his name but he’s young, with a beard, has an ear piercing and wears a white t-shirt) gave me my t-shirt back. The absurd excuse though was that is was under the bed (it wasn’t, it was on top of my opened suitcase) and that he took it because he thought it belonged to the previous guests, although we had already been in that room for 5 days. The stay at your hotel has been great except for this very serious incident. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of countries and something like this has never happened to me. I noticed the t-shirt was missing because it was the t-shirt I use for sleeping but who knows if anything else was taken from my suitcase. We’re in Turkey for 24 days in total so we brought a lot of clothing and other items so I can’t check with certainty if other items are missing. I honestly would’ve never expected such a thing could happen in a hotel of your stature.

One the best places in Alacati… Great stay, excellent food, the most beautiful grounds and beach with excellent service!

The hotel's location and exceptional hospitality is proof that we will return to this hotel more than once. The staff was very attentive and everyone was super helpful, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We were very satisfied.

It was really nice holiday for us. Our babes first holiday and we glad to meet this hotel and also hotels staff. Rooms , pool , sea, restaurants are so clean and foods are delicious aspecially breakfast 😍 Thanks for everything, 👌🏼 everything is wonderfull. See you again! :)
