The hotel is set on a hill only 200 m from the sea and offers a superb view of sandy Ladies beach. It is located in a quite area, yet is not far from a range of local bars, restaurants and shops. It is 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi and Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km. Renovated in 2006, this apartment hotel offers a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Each room comes with a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a minibar. The air conditioning is individually regulated and rooms include a balcony. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a poolside snack bar and parasols. A variety of water sports activities are also available in the local area for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be either selected from a set menu or ordered à la carte.

Good Hotel, Excellent Staff, Ruined by Noise from unruly guests.
Nice hotel, central to Ladies Beach. Rooms are in keeping with their rating and balconies very Large, facing the pool with partial sea view, which was a bonus. Rooms kept spotless on daily basis.
We were a family of 5 in 2 rooms.
All Staff were excellent, Daniel was very good, and kept my son entertained.
We stayed half board, view from breakfast area looking down to beach was beautiful and shame could not sit there for evening meal. Breakfast was good quality but quite repetitive as same items each day and could have offered more variety, lovely fresh bread every morning, evening meals in first week were 7 days of chicken with some fish dishes, better variety in 2nd week with many Turkish dishes to try, first week was disappointing as could have offered more traditional dishes and variety. We come to different countries to sample the cuisine as well as culture.
Negatives were the large group of families that thought they owned the hotel through our 2 week stay, talking disrespectfully to staff, drinking at pool bar till 4am, with kids still screaming and adults talking, shouting and arguing. No security in case of any issues and management had little input to resolve issues. Our room was facing pool and noise was horrendous every night. Music also went on till after 2am some nights, with no control on noise pollution. We understand we are all on holiday, but in 30 years of staying in hotels around the world, never had noise from bar/pool area at 4am.
We would not return to this hotel, a shame as hotel has so many positives excellent staff, and very good value, but the noise and disrespectful guests that return yearly are tarnishing the hotels reputation and ruining other guest trying to get a peaceful stay.
Fabulous
We were a big group and had a fabulous stay here! The hotel is a great place with a lovely, big pool, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant were reasonably priced and the little shop on site had everything you could need, with really good prices too. Yes, there is a steep hill, but you soon get used to it. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Ladies Beach, where you’ll find lots of restaurants and places to enjoy. Kusadasi main town is around 10 minutes away by taxi, with shop after shop — absolutely brilliant if you love shopping! Daniel, the entertainer, was brilliant. He organised darts, pool games and lots more, and is a really lovely guy. All of the staff were fantastic. The rooms are a little dated but were clean, and the big balconies were a real bonus. We never had a problem getting a sunbed either. The pool-view rooms can be a little noisy, but it didn’t bother us. We were also woken by the first call to prayer around 4am, but we are in another country and completely respect their beliefs and way of life, so it really wasn’t a problem for us at all. You soon get used to it. Overall, we had a really fabulous time and would definitely recommend this hotel. A lovely place, great staff and a brilliant location! ❤️

We had a fantastic time at Tuntas hotel, staff were excellent, rooms were so spacious, the atmosphere here was brilliant we couldn’t fault anything about it and can’t wait to go back next year
Lovely staff, clean rooms, just noisy!
The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, they genuinely could not do more for you and were so friendly with the children! On the first night we were in a pool facing room with two young children, we did not realise how loud the entertainment was and so after a bad nights sleep we spoke to the staff who quickly moved us into a sea view room, this was so much quieter and the staff were wonderful in ensuring we could have a quick move that didn’t impact our holiday! The reception team always called taxis when asked and were so friendly with our young children. The lovely lady at breakfast ensured we had the same large table for our large party each morning with clean high chairs. The breakfast itself is lovely with plenty of choice.
The pool is lovely and clean, the music can be loud throughout the day and late into the evening.
The cleaners kept the rooms so clean and tidy and ensured we came back to a tidy room every day.
The only two negatives are the noise which can go on until the early hours, but if you are in a sea view room you won’t hear this so if travelling with a young family I would ask for this. The second is the noise from some of the other guests. We had children playing knock a door run several times at gone 1am which isn’t ideal with young children. We also frequently heard loud drunken guests arriving back at their rooms. However this is not reflective of the wonderful staff at the hotel, it’s just a shame some other holiday makers cannot be respectful of others but something to bear in mind when booking this hotel.
Lovely hotel, fantastic staff and close to the beach
Tuntas is a lovely hotel situated about 300m from the Ladies Beach. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the power of the shower was brilliant. We had a room overlooking the pool and there was some form of entertainment every night at the pool bar. Not the hotels fault at all but unfortunately there was a large group of unruly people from Dublin (I am also originally from Dublin) who just didnt care about the staff or other guests. They let their children run around screaming and shouting until all hours of the morning and were smoking weed in the children's playground stinking out the pool and bar areas among other things. I only mention this because I felt so sorry for the manager and all the staff trying to keep control of the situation. I have given 4 out of 5 stars not because of the unruly guests but purely because the hill the hotel is situated on albeit is short but extremely steep and a killer in the heat to walk up. All in all Tuntas is a lovely hotel near the beach and restaurants and all the staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely be back to Kusadasi again and I would gladly book Tuntas again to stay
