Please note - Return transfers from Male Airport to your hotel are included. The Maldives Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only between 6:00am to 15:30pm. All international flights that land after 15:00pm will require an overnight stay in Male, Hulhumale or an airport hotel and then take the Seaplane transfer on the next day it is available. Therefore, when booking your holiday, please carefully check the arrival and departure times of your international flights to/from Male Airport.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Serene beauty and execellent stay
The experience in Atmosphere Kanifushi was something unique and magnificent. They make you feel welcomed in the whole island and they make sure you have the best experience in whatever you use, that being the food or the spa or the water activities up to the whole room service. Everything was perfect and the communication was spot on. Our guest officer Maryna helped us throughout our stay there and she replied immediately to all our messages and questions. She helped us plan our activities as we liked and she always provided us all the necessary information on time. We highly recommend this resort and the Kanifushi Plan. The food was amazing.
First, let’s talk about the seaplane transfer. Since Kanifushi Island is located a bit further away, the journey takes about 40 minutes. This was a novel experience for us as first-time visitors to the Maldives, and the aerial views of the ocean from the plane were truly unique and spectacular. Next, regarding the island itself: while Kanifushi is long and narrow, shuttle services run daily, so getting around is never an issue; the shuttles conveniently connect the villas to the various restaurants. Third, let’s discuss the island's environment. It embodies the quintessential Maldivian experience—pristine white sands, azure waters, and beautiful coconut palms—offering everything one could want in a seaside getaway. Both the beach villas and overwater villas were kept impeccably clean, and supplies were always well-stocked. It is a veritable paradise, especially for those who enjoy a drink. Finally, a word about the staff: everyone was warm and attentive, always greeting us in a friendly manner whenever we crossed paths. We were particularly impressed by our butler, Hansi, who updated our itinerary daily and patiently answered all our questions with enthusiasm and kindness. All in all, our trip to Kanifushi was absolutely perfect and unforgettable.
