Centara Ras Fushi Resort and Spa

Stayed for a night to experience water villa. Well maintained resort, amazing water villa with mesmerizing views of the ocean. Good choice of restaurants for food. I loved the fact that I was able to get down from my villa and snorkel. The house reef has lot of fishes and is good for snorkeling.

We took all-inclusive package and couple of non-motorized water activities were complimentary for us including snorkeling equipment and kayak. But most of the activities like snorkeling excursions and scuba dive, etc cost a lot. That’s the only negative thing in my opinion. When you pay a lot for the stay, paying a bomb again for activities is a bit much for me personally. Again, these activities are optional and if you choose not to do it, then it’s a different story. But otherwise it’s amazing resort. I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience water villa in Maldives.

Centara Ras Fushi is about a 30 minute speedboat ride from Male. Resort staff meet arriving guests at the airport and arrange transfers to the resort.It is a nice small resort suited to couples with a variety of accommodation options including beach-front villas and over-water bungalows. It has a good range of water activities with lessons and supervision by professional staff. You can be as active as you choose or relax by the pool or ocean. We enjoyed our morning exercise classes with Prasit. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet had a good range of foods and the specialty restaurants offered a good selection of a la carte meals.
