The resort is located in Lhaviyani Atoll on the Maldives. It is a paradise dream in real life, with more than 3 km of white beaches and aquamarine lagoons. The resort is situated on the northern reef of the Lhaviyani Atoll, 130 km north of the international airport 'Hulhule'. The journey from the airport to the resort is done by seaplane. All accommodations offer a true experience of Kanifushi Maldives and are fitted with convenient amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. This resort features a golf course with a bar and a pro shop as well as other golf equipment. Guests can take advantage of outdoor pool with children's pool, massage treatments and gym facilities. It offers a unique concept, taking guests down memory lane, allowing them to re-enact those blissful moments.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Chilled and relaxed

Review by ascotslass2021 Edinburgh, United Kingdom

This was our second visit to Kuredu. The first time was our honeymoon and we loved it so much we wanted to return. Finally after 4,reschedules due to covid we got back...

We love the relaxed and not a care in the world feeling yiy get when you step off the seaplane. The friendliness and helpfulness from the pilots on the seaplane go the taxi drives, bar staff, reception staff, room attendants, just everyone. You can do as much or as little as you like. We stayed in a sangu jacuzzi beach villa with an amazing view and I’d asked for a villa with the hammock outside. It wasn’t guaranteed but we were lucky to get that and it was my piece of paradise everyday listening to my music, under the palm trees, gently swaying on the hammock looking onto a beautiful beach. Choice of food in the buffet restaurant was fine even for the pickiest of eaters and there was a theme most nights. The waiters were excellent. Entertainment of some sort every night. Plenty activities from water sports, to gym, tennis or walking around the island whilst stopping at the bars for some liquid refreshments solely for the purpose of hydration.

We want to return for a 3rd visit but it’s doubled in price and personally I don’t think it’s worth that kind of money so I hope prices will reduce again.

First time visit to Maldives

Review by martadan09

Amazing island with one of the prettiest beaches that my partner and I have ever seen. It is the ideal location for any age and group size (families, couples, friends) due to all the activities & facilities.

The staff and service are all incredible and made us feel at home away from home...

Special mention to SUCHARITHA which provided a friendly, familiar and attentive service every single night in the various la carte restaurants on the island. She remembered us and our food and drink preferences from day one and gave us great recommendations.

Relaxing time

Review by Lesley H Ipswich, United Kingdom

Just returned from a Kuredu. We had a wonderful time you could relax and do nothing or try any of the activities on offer. You were not pressured into anything. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Adult family of 4 looking for a good value break in the sun.

Review by Tour34106249795 Hartfield, United Kingdom

We stayed as a family of 4 with our two children aged 21 and 23. We chose this island for it’s size and activities and it didn’t disappoint. We were very lucky with the weather but made the most of scuba diving, windsurfing and found a great new sport in padel tennis! The house reef is a superb site for diving and snorkelling with plenty of turtles living just off the shore...

The food was a lot better than expected for a resort of this level and the service was superb and a special mention to RAJAN in the main restaurant who looked after us like a private butler! We stayed in the cheapest garden bungalow to keep costs down and had 2 together which worked well but does mean you have to use the main pool and beach area close to the seaplanes which as a large island are quite frequent. You do need to spend more if you intend to be on a quiet bit of beach outside your villa. If you are considering whether to go all inclusive and you are regular drinkers then it is a no brainier but we were all drinking cocktails for a good part of the day! Thank you for a lovely holiday. Ps don’t use the green bottles until you are sure you need them as you will be charged $6 per bottle even if you leave them in your room.
