We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had an absolutely beautiful experience. Natural beauty, cleanliness, hospitality, warmth , creativity all A++
Our butler Yenny was awesome. From chefs Namal and others at the restaurant to our house keeper Najah at the Villa, all amazing. I wouldn’t want to give Milaidhoo anything less than 5 stars. I stayed at other luxury resorts in Maldives during my visit. But Milaidhoo is on the top.
Constructive criticism: I wish they had a hand held faucet in the toilet ( they have a bidet) and I wish the beds were firmer and a bit at a height.

I was 7 times in Maldives and finally I found Milaidhoo.

They have the best director mr Paul,who is for me a role model of top executive. He takes care about clients and leads operations of Milaidhoo as standard for a top level resort. I talked to lots of directors and he was the first who wished that the resort is life time memory. Thank you again mr Paul!!!

Roxy was our customer representative. She worked day and night to make our stay amazing. She was kind and understanding but also very effective.
The ocean restaurant team has 2 amazing members Koko and Alfie.
They suggested the best dishes and took amazing care that every morning or evening we are happy. Mr Ken creates the best gastro concept in the Maldives. Worth to wake up for the amazing  breakfast.

The resort as an experienced traveler I would recommend to anyone.
Nice villas and small island and quiet atmosphere. One amazing feature is that you don’t have other guests sitting with loud phones and destroying the breakfast. The staff really prioritize the privacy and peace of customers. Even if  it is 21st century this is the first place you don’t need to listen to Tiktok videos or YouTube videos on the breakfast. 

I can’t name any negative experience on our stay. 
One recommendation in longterm: I think the Maldives needs a strict adults only hotel. I believe many tourist look for an experience where the minimum age is 16. There is tons of family oriented hotels in Maldives,but I believe many frequent travelers dream about finally to have peace without children in swimming pool or breakfast.
8-10 year olds just can’t find pleasure in the peace that Maldives offers. What lots of 30+ travelers wish to experience. I encourage you to raise the minimum age.

One thing that maybe can be replanned is the stock of the small shop. It is good. But if a traveler stays 2-3 weeks maybe some bigger variety of sunscreens or after sun medicine even would be helpful. But the fashion section was very quality and my wife bought few nice clothes.

If you look for a peace oriented adults only hotel with high level villas I recommend you Milaidhoo.

I wish for mr Paul and the team members the best! You created the first hotel that you find the true Maldives experience.

it‘s a amazing holiday in milaidhoo resort. all staff in milaidhoo are friendly warm and professional，especially our ANTH，she help us to book our activities and reminder us the time of activities，she also give us many surprises，our family are all very happy in our staying in milaidhoo by ANTH‘s help. we are very lucy to see manta and go diving ，thanks for ocean stories’s crew，they are very professional and teaching my boy patient and take video when he diving. and teach us how to fishing，they help us to catch many fish.we wish go back to milaidhoo next summer and meet all your crew again. many thanks for their help during our stay！

Milaidhoo is one of the wonderful islands with beautiful natural surroundings. Above all, I was impressed by the beautiful smiles of the staff who first greeted me. I was once again touched by the consideration of the butler who kindly and detailedly various parts ot the island. I was comfortable with the unique beauty of the overwater villa and beach villa that blended well with nature.
Thr underwater environment is rich in tropical fish species and corals.
I was able to see a scenery as beautiful as the resort.
The harmony of beautiful nature enviorment and friendly staff Milaidhoo is a perfect resort that i will want to visit again.

Dinner at the boat restaurant is beautifully presented and delicious, making it perfect for a special occasion.
This time I stayed at Sunset Villa, and I was impressed by the majestic view of the sun setting in front of me.
The house reef was also great and we were able to see sharks while snorkeling.
