And mr Ayess and the security lady from aqualand and the staffs who encouraged us to participate more in the sliding and also Mr Aman from the reception... They were so helpful and friendly to me and my kids... Will be coming soon.. 5 star to the hotel thanks to them... Keep it up..

First and Last Time. Never Again.

My 8 month old baby, my wife and i stayed for 1 night on an all-inclusive. I went there to attend a medical conference. On arrival, we were asked to have a seat at the lobby...

The conference was at 2pm and I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. It was like an exhausting wait. Several times, I had to ask the receptionist if my room was ready. At that time, we felt so unwelcomed. The room floor was dirty. One can feel the dirt when you walk bare foot. The fan doesn’t work. The hair dryer doesn’t work. There is no minibar in the room. No bathrobes. No slippers. The TV can only be switched on and off and absolutely no channels playing. A cot was provided for the baby but without blanket to cover. Finally, we all had to share the same blanket on the same bed. At dinner time, we went to the main restaurant and requested to be seated inside as it was cold and windy and we didn’t want our baby to fall sick. But we were told that we had to dine with the conference group which was outside, an opened space on 2 sides. Finally, we were obliged to take a table where it was less windy but next to it was a table with the all the dirty plates, glasses and bottles (see photos). The waiters were just continuously passing by next to us. We could hear them complaining about the complaints of other hotel guests who were dining. The open buffet dinner, breakfast and lunch were very below average. Meal time looks like Mauritian wedding reception ‘chawtari’. You have to queue up to get your food. The next day, after breakfast, we went to our room and found a piece of paper folded in 4 , thrown down outside of our room door. We picked it up and it was all about how they felt a little sad that we are leaving and reminding us the check-out time. At 11:15am, someone knocked at the door and my wife opened just to see a man asking us to leave the room. We left the room in less that 10 mins and I requested the receptionist for assistance to carry our luggage as our room was on the 2nd floor and no lift facilities available. Well, I regret asking for that assistance. Arriving at the reception, I handed out the key at the reception and my luggage still didn’t reach the lobby. To make it worst, my baby had a poop and I felt so embarrassed not knowing what to do. I inquire at the reception about my luggage and I should appreciate the lady who made a call and told me that the luggage will soon arrive. It took almost 40 mins for them to bring my luggage and I had to change the baby diaper in my car, in the car park. We came back for lunch as it was included in our all-inclusive and left immediately after.

Worst hotel ever!!

Staffs are not welcoming and friendly at all. The day we arrived the air conditioning was not working. We called for maintenance which took a very long time to arrive and we had to go out...

When we back to the room, the air conditioning was still not working and the room was stuffy and smelly at this point. We phone the reception again and the receptionist was insisting that someone came to check and said that everything was fine. We had to persuade her to send maintenance and she was being rude, huffing, and puffing. While waiting for maintenance to come we managed to switch on the aircon to 16deg, but once again no one came and we had to leave for dinner. When we went back to the room, we noticed that it was still stuffy and smelly and called reception again. After around 45 minutes, maintenance came and the guy was not helpful at all and was rude too! He did not check anything and just went. After a few minutes, another guy came to spray some perfume and realised that there is something wrong with the AC and went to look for the maintenance guy. When the latter came, he gave us weird looks as if we were disturbing him. It was then that he realised that there is a problem and checked it but couldn't do anything as it was then already midnight!! So, we had to sleep in a hot and smelly room. Also, we struggled to make the TV work. Very limited variety of food. The food was tasteless and horrible and not to mention how some of the waiters and supervisors are not friendly and lack training. No professionalism at all!! We would never recommend anyone go there

Worst Hotel in Mauritius

No toothbrush ,toothpaste and iron in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was leaking.

The guy at the reception was like a robot, didn't understand anything despite having asked again several times...

Food wasn't good at all.

Waiters at the restaurant and bars weren't trained at all. They didn't even know the names of the drinks.

Doesn't recommend.

We spent a relaxing weekend while attending a conference. We got a splendid room with sea view. Very spacious and clean...

The chef prepared delicious baby puree for my little one. Thank you Mr Kunal Gurbaran, Miss V. Ramoutar.
