We visited the resort from the UK in March for my Wife's 30th Birthday Celebration and honeymoon holiday. Just before the Covid-19 lockdown we were there. All the staff were super friendly and even helped me get special birthday balloons for my Wifes birthday which they searched the whole island for!

Special thanks for Linda who was sooo soo caring in making sure we had a great time...

Also thanks to all the other staff like Akshay and the rest who I cant remember all their names! My Wife was also surprised with dinner by the beach one evening which was lovely and romantic! She also enjoyed the Spa which was all complimentary as we were celebrating our marriage.

Overall we had a great time even though the weather was not always the best and one day we had to stay in the hotel but there was many things to keep us entertained and the evening entertainment especially on Independence day was fantastic and great fun. The food was great too and had a very nice room!

Thank you again all the great staff and would definitely recommend this resort to all!

amazing service

Review by 619nehad

We attended a birthday party last Saturday at Preskil Island Resort and all I can say is the level of service was top notch with attention to details. We had a great time and food was really excellent. Security measures for COVID-19 was respected by the hotel's staffs, temperature check, hand sanitizer available at every counter we saw and even at the entry...

Every staffs had their face mask from start to finish which we really appreciated. We felt safe in this wonderful environment. I will definitely go again either for a stay or another event. Well done to the team and keep it up.

Preskil Island Resort

Review by Jacques B Pretoria, South Africa

We stayed in the hotel just prior to the Covid-19 lockdown. During our stay the staff was very attentive to all the guests. Information was always available about the Covid-19 situation as well as hand sanitiser made available all over the hotel.

Beach - we have been to many of the hotels on the island and I believe this hotel has one of the best beaches...

We did not have to wear beach shoes as with most hotels due to the coral and the swimming area was mostly clear of rocks. You could see lots of fish while you bathe in the clear waters and you could fine sea-stars every day.

Food - dinner and breakfast was nice, but lacked some variety and most of the menu for both dinner and breakfast had a lot of sweets and much less other options. Being diabetic made it difficult to choose what to eat, but at least I found something every time.

Room - the rooms were very nice and spacious with direct access to the beach through the sliding doors.

Kids club - the club was well run and well planned. Each week they had a different set of activities so the kids could choose what they want to do and then visit the club at that time. Parents have to sign the kids in and out every time for security. Staff was also very friendly and the kids warmed up to them.

Overall this was a great stay for us except that we had to cut out visit short due to Covid-19. We generally do not visit the same hotels on the island, but we will definitely make a plan to visit this hotel again.

Stunningly beautiful, tranquil hideaway by the sea.

Review by 954ChrisS Stevenage, United Kingdom

I was transferred here from the Solana Beach Hotel mid holiday due to developments with the Covid19 pandemic.

This hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport, however it is not (or at least when I was there) under the flight path and aircraft noise was minimal, however some flights were cancelled.

Many rooms of differing types available most with sea view but some with garden views, the grounds are extensive as was the choice of beach all with sun-loungers and bar service.

Meals were buffet style but ala carte dining was also available but not sampled, fresh food could also be cooked to order such as Omelette at breakfast.

Main swimming pool: very large and warm, smaller pool also available in the grounds equally as warm but just more secluded.

Main beach very sandy and gently sloping, waves were small or non existent, beach/swimming shoes recommended.

Staff here were amazing, very obliging and could not be more attentive, circumstances were difficult during the time of my stay as many restrictions were imposed by the Government due to Covid19, but the staff took this in their stride an improvised when and where required.

Unfortunately many of the hotel facilities closed one by one as the number of guests dwindled, but even on our last day when guest numbers were down to about 15 there was still a very good dining service, bar service and room cleaning, plus the pools were still open but pretty much everything else was stopped or closed.

I could not leave the hotel complex to explore what was locally available for my entire stay due to the restrictions.

Could not fault this place, it has recently been totally refurbished and is immaculate, the grounds are well tended and stocked full of plants not to mention the enormous banyan tree at the entrance.

I would thorough recommend, note this hotel does allow children.
