The hotel , rooms , friendliness was amazing. Our location was secluded and private. Zubeir our cleaner was regular , thorough and welcoming and friendly.
We absolutely loved Mauritius and cannot wait to return! Our holiday was truly unforgettable. The swim-up pool was a special treat for my husband's 60th birthday, which we were delighted to celebrate alongside family members who had also booked their own stay at the resort. The resort itself was stunning, exceptionally clean, and surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and pools. There were always plenty of sun loungers available on the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a nice variety available. We especially enjoyed the chefs' themed evenings, which offered a wonderful opportunity to explore new flavours and cuisines. We also had no difficulty booking any of the speciality restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed dining at each of them. One of our favourite daily rituals was enjoying the cocktail of the day by the beachside firepit while watching the sun go down. The spa was another highlight of my stay. I had the best massage I have ever experienced, the Sports Massage, which I would highly recommend. We would like to extend a special thank you to Kirree and Nahes for taking such wonderful care of our room and ensuring we always had everything we needed. We are also incredibly grateful to Stelio, Peerbux, Ashvin, Dihraj, Lea, Fefe, Nitin, the spa and gym team, and everyone else (sorry I can’t recall all of you) who helped make our holiday so memorable. We also felt privileged to share in the celebrations for the 58th Mauritius Independence Day alongside staff and fellow guests, which made our visit even more special. Thank you all for an amazing holiday. We have returned home with wonderful memories and cannot wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly beautiful resort with exceptional staff, fantastic food, and a perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt really looked after.
The hotel setting on the beach is ideal and the pool is large and temperate.
The first two weeks in August were mostly good weather, warm and sunny, with occasional ferocious showers (which you could still swim in!).
Family room was a good size with a large bathroom, kept expertly clean by the super keen Adil, who ensured we were very happy.
Lunchtime and evening buffets were themed and varied, with plenty of live cooking serving up local treats with good wines on all inclusive.
Complimentary water activities (pedalo, snorkelling, glass bottom boat) were great, and there were others we didn't do, like stand up paddle.
Endless room and space to relax on the beach and no mad scramble for sunloungers.
Top choice for a family stay with plenty of activities and culinary experiences!
The entertainers are very friendly and inclusive. The best are Gauthier, Ameile, Stephane, and Cedric!!!!
We had the best stay at Victoria. Amazing staff who are friendly, efficient and professional. Comfy, spacious rooms. Loads to do: table tennis, badminton, padel, pool, table football, kayaking, pedalo…… We were able to find space by the pool, which was never overcrowded. The food and drink was good, even for fussier children. We had a fab stay, thanks!
