Le Suffren Hotel and Marina

We have memories at the hotel during our past stays. However, this time it was not great because the room was not clean. It felt as if the standard of the hotel went down drastically. On the next day of oyr stay, we did not feel value for money like it used to be. The room was so dusty that couldn't sleep at night because am allergic to dust. Even my kids couldn't breathe properly as at the night the air turned more powdery. The bathtub had hairs. The 2 mugs had brown stains and we couldn't use it. Apart from these negative things, I would like to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for three members of your team who made our stay truly special: Atish, Antish, and Meetun.

Atish deserves a very special mention. His service at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. He went far beyond our expectations and consistently made sure that we were well taken care of. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine concern for the customer truly stood out. Atish is undoubtedly a great asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognises and values an employee like him. He is definitely someone we would never want to see leave.

Atish is also one of the people we will always look forward to meeting whenever we return to the hotel. His service left such a positive impression on us that he has become part of the wonderful memories we associate with our stays.

We would also like to acknowledge Antish, who was also at the restaurant and made every effort to ensure that we were well served. We truly appreciated his efforts and his willingness to assist us.

Another special mention goes to Meetun, who greeted us warmly and accompanied us to our room. Although we mentioned that we already knew the hotel, he still took the time to make sure we had all the necessary information and that we felt genuinely welcomed. His professionalism and attentiveness were very much appreciated.

We actually remembered the first time we chose this hotel as a place to create special memories, and it was lovely to experience that same feeling again during this stay.

On our departure, Meetun was there to assist us with our luggage. He clearly knows how to do his job, and his professionalism and helpful attitude made our departure smooth and pleasant. We certainly look forward to seeing and speaking with him again on future visits.

Overall, the service provided by these three gentlemen was wonderful. The hotel is truly lucky to have such dedicated and customer-focused employees. They are a great representation of the hospitality and service that guests hope to experience.

Please do pass on our sincere thanks and appreciation to Atish, Antish, and Meetun. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and they genuinely contributed to making our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Le Suffren Marina Hotel.

Special mention to Mr. Atish, the Restaurant Manager. His service was excellent — very welcoming, attentive, and he ensured our meal went smoothly. His professionalism really made a difference.

Food was good overall. A couple of suggestions: the buffet could use some more upgrades in variety and presentation, and the dessert section needs to be reviewed with a few more options.

Despite that, we enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. With these small improvements it can be even better.
