An eye-opening experience of how a resort can be made a most enjoyable and relaxing experience for guests. The service extended right through the hotel is par excellence. Unlike most hotels around the world nowadays, Tamassa makes sure there are enough personnel across the resort to assist and serve the requirements of the guests. Every staff member ensures that their individual outgoing effort contributes to a fantastic collective effort delivered to the guests. It is not really necessary to name any of the staff as each one makes an impression on you. However, the experiences we had with Darshini, Ayush, Melie and Dawson made our stay even more enjoyable as they definitely went out of their way while carrying out their duties. It is also commendable that they appear to have a system where every staff member ensures the comfort of the guest, irrespective of which department a staff member may be associated with. A thoroughly well-oiled outfit that makes sure you enjoy every minute of it and happy to recommend this place.
The hotel was very clean,staffs were very nice the staffs named yaseen,altaf,melison,chef edinho,vinod and preshna made our stay go very well i am quite pleased with how we were treated. We even took a family photo with some of the staffs
First of all BIG thanks to Mr Yaseen and his fellow colleagues( Altaf, Mellison , chef Edinho, Vinod, Preshna)..They made our day memorable.. Activities, food, mocktails, pools.. Basically everything was truly exceptional to be honest.. We look forward to be back soon..
I recently had a wonderful stay at Tamassa Resort, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and the beautiful atmosphere of the resort.
A special thank you to Mr Nishaad for his exceptional service and kindness throughout my stay. He was very helpful, attentive and made sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude made the experience even.
The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Tamassa and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Mr Nishaad, for making my stay so memorable! ❤️

We were in room 1022.....just so those who might read this know who is writing.
It is a long flight from UK to Mauritius, so we booked for 17 nights. Arrived and after checking in at 11.30 our room was ready for us immediately...tick 1 We were All Inclusive from the first minute, so no messing about....tick 2 Our room was ground floor and away from the main areas so quiet....tick 3 On the walk to our room and being told about the resort, there was one thing that was so striking....the gardens and grass and resort paths and trees were immaculate....stunning...tick 4 Towels to sunbed then to the bar for a drink and then to lunch....tick 5
So, the hotel grounds are stunning, the rooms are also very good, hot water quickly, cleaned to a high standard, a beer in the fridge AI, comfy huge bed and short 2 minute walk to bar, restaurant and beach.
The restaurant by the beach is not All Inc, but the beach bar terrace where the drinks are served is All Inc which has beautiful views and sunset. There is the main B.Bar which overlooks the stage for evening entertainment.....which can be a bit hit or miss (that is my personal view)....some of the acts could give a bit more uuummmppphh but others are good....even very good.
The restaurant is there as well and has a big choice and variety of foods. Curry is a main theme, but there is also pizza, pasta, meats and fish and chicken then desserts and cheese and biscuits. You will not go hungry here....!!
Then there is the Burger Wagon....the main cook is a lovely lady.....you may think of the burger to be like a typical brand style burger.....but no....the burgers are fabulous with different options......I suggest Mr McDonald and Mr King go there and make their burgers as good as these.
Then we have to get on to the staff there.....very very very good (an odd exception) but they are all super nice, friendly, helpful and will always try to help.
In the restaurant there are waiters to bring your drinks.....the young chap who is a Man Utd fan (bad choice) and talks football is great as well as Kislev and there are the others who get to know what you want to drink and sort things are super also. The front of house girls make sure you are always looked after. The head bakery chef, Edhino is a nice chap and as it was my wife's birthday, our table was dressed, and a birthday cake was brought out with the sparkler but not the drums and singing (as requested) and on our last night a choc bomb was brought out to us with ice cream on Edhino's instruction.....really really tasty and a lovely touch by the hotel staff for us. Right, as I said the staff are wonderful, but have to mention a couple.... Management lady Yuvna.....I think we know everything about her, so chatty and friendly, but also did her job professionally. Waitresses Ashvina and Cloe....so different....one so lovely and one a bit "loud"....but they did the job in getting a drink to the table when requested.
So other things....Wifi very good even on beach.....bit thin on beach bar terrace and not any in restaurant, where we sat, most days, but get off your phones anyway !! Pools a lovely cool down space.
