A great experience for a worry-free getaway. The outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, and the décor truly befits a 5-star resort. The rooms are well-equipped and the beds comfortable, though I did miss having USB/USB-C charging ports. The staff was tireless, always providing attentive, personalized service—special thanks to Sampath and Wesley. However, there is room for improvement regarding the dining experience. My partner has a gluten allergy, and given the extensive Asian offerings (sushi, Asian wok), it wouldn't have taken much to stock a bottle of gluten-free soy sauce. The buffet at the Corossol restaurant is decent, though there are small details that could be improved: avoiding serving ice cream in warm bowls, properly chilling desserts meant to be served cold, labeling each dish with allergen information and there was a complete lack of local Creole dishes, so we had to leave the resort to sample Seychellois cuisine. The Cyann restaurant would rate a 4.2 in Europe, but the service is 5-star; special thanks to John, who was always attentive and helpful. It would also be helpful if the app were kept up to date regarding which restaurants and bars are closed. I highly recommend the cocktails, 5 stars as well!

We had an enjoyable stay overall, and I would especially like to highlight the F&B team, who truly made a difference to our experience.

Positive feedback - As a gluten-free guest, I’d particularly like to thank Wesley and Sampath who were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive, supportive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to understand my dietary requirements, make sure I felt comfortable, and ensure that I always had suitable options.

A special thanks to John at Cyann as well for his great customer service during our dining experience.

The list of cocktails is also very varied and all were great.

Room for improvement- Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the experience that felt somewhat rushed and impersonal, particularly for a five-star hotel.

1 week before our stay began, we felt unnecessarily unsettled by communication from the Reservations/FO team. We had made our booking approximately two months in advance, and while we were already travelling outside Europe, we were informed that if we did not check in before 6 pm, we could potentially risk losing the reservation. This created some unnecessary stress just before what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday celebration holiday. It was only the day before arrival that we were reassured that the booking would be kept.

During the stay - we found it somewhat difficult to make dinner reservations, although Sampath and Wesley made the absolute best efforts to accommodate and help, we’d advise including this information upon room reservation.

The rooms have a beautiful design and are well equipped overall, however would benefit from in-wall type C plugs, specially for travellers that don’t use UK-type chargers.

We had tried sitting at the Zee Bar for two occasions, were asked to take a seat and ended up leaving as had not been acknowledged for over 10min in both instances.

We had a wonderful experience at Constance Ephelia and highly recommend this beautiful hotel! A very special thank you to Sheila, who was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She arranged a private tuk-tuk for us and personally took us on a tour around the entire resort, showing us the spa, restaurants, gym, excursions, the beautiful North Beach, zip-lining area, shops, tortoises, and different room areas. Every single day, she greeted us with a big smile, asked how we were doing, and made sure that everything was perfect. She has a huge heart, and you can truly feel that she genuinely wants every guest to have the best possible experience. We would also like to mention Shantal who was wonderful – kind, attentive, helpful, and always happy to assist us. A special thank you as well to Curtis from the gym, who was always friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain the gym facilities and also gave us helpful information about the different activities and excursions, always with a big smile. The resort itself is beautiful, with so much to see and do, but what really made our stay special was the people and the exceptional service. Excellent hotel, amazing staff, and a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend Constance Ephelia and would happily return!
