Fabulous Family Holiday
Tomorrow we sadly leave paradise. We had such a fantastic time in the Kempinski thanks to its wonderful staff, amazing location, superb rooms, delicious food and outstanding facilities.
Each staff member went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. They were all so friendly, helpful & happy.
Special thanks to Gayantha and Kenny for their amazing daily exercise classes…under their careful & expert guidance, we really exceeded our expectations! Kerly’s sunset mountain yoga was unforgettable.
Vielen Dank to Lea, the beautiful Lady in Red for all her wonderful recommendations.
Thanks too to the lovely Angelique and all the staff in Cafe Lazare especially the happiest lady in the Seychelles with her daily morning pastry basket. We will miss your wonderful breakfast with a view.
And not forgetting our amazing cleaner, Ariful…I especially loved his wonderful towel-artworks. Unfortunately I will soon have to clean my own reading glasses again!!

No customer service.
We went there for breakfast for my 60th birthday and the customer service was a disaster. They have no idea what they are doing. We ask for a front table and the manager told us that we have only 2 guests and we have to seat elsewhere even though there was other couples and even a single guy seating in the front with an ocean view. After all the complaints she finally gave us the table that we wanted. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of food to choose from and they have the best pastries on the island. Someone should look into their restaurant staff and make some changes.
Unforgettable Seychelles Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Seychelles is breathtakingly beautiful, but what made this holiday truly unforgettable was the incredible team at the hotel. A special thank you goes to Christa at the Reception. She was remarkably patient, professional and genuinely caring. She handled everything with kindness, efficiency and a warm smile. She made us feel welcome from the very first day and is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. The restaurant staff also deserve the highest praise. Emma, Rose, Angelique,Chef Noreta, Sandip, Erwin and a host of others consistently went above and beyond to make every meal a delightful experience. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping team. Our room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day. Thank you to everyone for making our Seychelles holiday so memorable.

Our two-week stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Seychelles was wonderful. As a family of five, we felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first day. The hotel impresses with its beautiful location, excellent cuisine, and consistently clean and well-maintained rooms.
Special thanks go to Sher, who took exceptional care of us every day with great dedication, kindness, and professionalism, as well as to Adel, who was also extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, our stay was even more special.
We are grateful to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel.
