A second Home ♥️
Castello feels like home and it is truly feels like my second home. This trip was all about relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying some quality time and we definitely did just that. We will certainly be coming back. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Jenita and the entire F&B team, I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but please know that your kindness and service were truly appreciated. A big thank you as well to Praveen from the Reservations team, Shaun and Tina from Reception for making our stay even more enjoyable. And of course, special recognition to Mr. Travis, the General Manager. Who is always present and visible around the hotel. It is wonderful to see a GM who is so involved and approachable. Honey moon trip to Praslin
It was an excellent experience. They changed our room as there was a tiny mishap in the room’s facilities and upgraded us to full board for the inconvenience. They took care of my wife’s and I’s needs and were very helpful.

Location is great as its near the Airport. Everything was good until the local day pass guest arrived, there were no privacy and a lot of noise at the pool area. But the room was big enough for a family of 4, and very clean. The night atmosphere 👌. The staff was very nice. all and all it was value for money.

Magnifique...the establishment exceed my expectation....Looking for tranquility and to rejuvenate...Castello is the perfect place to be. Stunning ocean view..adjacent to a beautiful white beach with good access. The restaurant offers an amazing variety of delicious food....Chapeau to the Chef ! The staff was incredibly welcoming and they made us feel at ease and welcomed. Heartfelt appreciatiin.for the recognition of my husband 50th Birthday and our Anniversary....they compliment us with greeting cards and cake.... Castello Team really made our day special. The rooms are to good standard with all amenities to provide comfort throughout your stay. Not sure where to.spend your holiday in Seychelles....would surely recommend Castello Hotel Praslin...You wont regret it!
