A stay to remember
The Experience at Cinnamon Bentota was amazing the architecture, the views, the ambience and the food was impecable and to top it off with an excellent service and hospitality especially from Monadi who was handling our dinner service who gave us a lovely welcome and service throughout. The place is a must stay.

Stayed here for a night was a gorgeous place to stay. The staff provided amazing hospitality look out for Ransika ,Sandeepa , Chalana they looked after me and my family.
Magical Sri Lanka
This was our first time in Sri Lanka and we loved every second of it staying in an excellent hotel that is dedicated to delivering the best possible customer service to every guest. Everything from the beautiful hotel layout, high standard of facilities, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and varied food and the most wonderful staff we have every had the pleasure to meet in any hotel. Every day we were met with staff that were genuinely interested in us as people and whether we were enjoying our stay or if they could help in any way. They couldn't have done any more for us. Therefore, whilst everyone we met was friendly and welcoming we feel that I would like to mention a few staff by name who went far and beyond their job role to provide such a memorable stay: Deham, Ayodhya and Akeel on reception Amanda and Pooja for their excellent customer service Udayangan for her beautiful welcomes and service at breakfast and Asela and Prageeth for keeping our room spotlessly clean throughout every day. The best staff ever!
