This property is situated in Athuruwella, Induruwa, on the west coast. It is 3 hours' drive from Colombo and 4 hours' drive from Bandaranaike International Airport.
This luxury, boutique beach hotel comprises a total of 27 suites. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service and a currency exchange facility. There are 2 bars and a breakfast/dining room and guests will appreciate the conference hall and Internet access (charges apply). They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (for an additional fee) and there is parking for those arriving by car.
The luxuriously furnished suites are air-conditioned and designed in traditional Sri Lankan style. They are all carefully positioned to give guests spectacular views of the shoreline and the sea. All come with an open-air bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a make-up mirror, a dressing room and a hairdryer. The suites also comprise a sleeping deck, a lounge area and a verandah. They offer a king-size bed and are equipped with a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a minibar, a radio, a CD player and a safe. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning units are provided in all suites as standard.
This hotel features a swimming pool with sun loungers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy a work out in the gym. They can also relax in the sauna or the steam room or with a massage treatment (all for an additional fee). They can also pamper themselves with a spa treatment. Pool/snooker is also available.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The best place to stay
The best place in southern beach with a great hospitality. The room we have been is luxurious and the surrounding is peaceful.

Our stay at Samaan Villa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after.
What made our experience even more special were the people behind it. Rushan, our butler, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, warm, professional, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His genuine care and hospitality made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make our time at the villa memorable, and we are truly grateful to him.
We would also like to give a very special mention to ishali, who helped us with the booking. From the very beginning, she was extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. The entire process was smooth because of her, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience.
The villa itself was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and every little detail was handled with so much care. But what we will remember most is how the staff made us feel.
Rushan and ishali, thank you for making our stay so special. You are both a huge asset to Samaan Villa, and we hope the management knows how valuable you are.

Magical experience at Jetwing Saman Villas
Absolutely Fantastic. Out of this world.
Checked in on 5th August for 2 nights having spent 8 days at Jetwing Colombo7. The villa was beyond expectation. It had everything you would ask for....the rooms were superb, the views stunning. So were the meals served. Our stay was worth every dollar spent.
We had Eranga as our personal Butler. Eranga was just superb, and did not spare any effort to make our stay memorable. Words cannot express our gratitude and thanks to Eranga for his outstanding customer service. These are the guys who make your hotel world class.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other travellers. We definitely will be coming back and hopefully have Eranga as our Butler once again.

Fab relax
Absolutely fab place allowing to space out and relax. Strongly recommend the Massage - very special. Our allocated butler, Adde, was fantastic and looked after us in a relaxed and beautiful way making our stay that much better. We’ll be back.

Great stay with excellent food
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend getting Sanath as your personal butler. He was very attentive to all our needs and requests.
