I would like to highly recommend the team at Radisson Blu Hotel Galle, especially the staff at Bommu Bar — Mr. Uditha, Sanjika, Maduranga, Keshan, and Achala.
Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine attention to guests made my experience truly enjoyable. They consistently provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and satisfied.

No 1 restaurant in galle.
Restaurant manager uditha suggesting roof top bar and ararrange nice area for us.sanjika and maduranga make classic cocktails for us.that is best cocktail we had ever.nice view,nice vibe,nice music and also nice staff.achala and keshan best bar waiters .i can reccomand best no 1 bar in galle.everything is excellent .radisson blu no 1 hotel in sri lanka.best customer service and best customer satisfaction .

Outstanding Hospitality and Friendly Service
We truly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Resort Galle. The Concierge Team, Chamesh and Naveen, were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their helpfulness and attention to our requests made a real difference to our stay. A special mention also goes to Shamika from Housekeeping, who did an excellent job and ensured our room was always clean, fresh, and comfortable. Thank you to the team for the warm Sri Lankan hospitality and wonderful service. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel!
