All beauty, no service
Beautiful hotel but horrible service. The room was very congested. I asked for a plate to feed my 3yearold daughter,they demanded extra money. They gave a bedsheet instead of a blanket. So many other small things missing too. Looks good outside, but zero care for guests. Never again.

Pros : amazing location to the beach Cons: first time ever I wished that my holiday would end soon. Very very bad hotel. Bathroom stinks, beds shaky, poorly maintained deck areas, corrosion everywhere. Little roaches visits bathroom at nights. Fan is noisy. Bed is clean and food is average. Nothing else is good about the hotel. Totally not worth the money.

We had a great stay. The team is very friendly and attentive. The food is very delicious. The entire team looked after us very well.
Warm and friendly hotel
Stayed at this lovely and welcoming hotel for 10 days, upon arrival we was upgraded to a xl deluxe room lovely large balcony with our own sunbeds and umbrella room was cleaned every day with clean towels and bed sheets, all the staff are very friendly and helpful food was really good with a wide choice both buffet and alacarte will definitely be coming back here next year.

Wonderful stay
Thank you, Coral Sands. We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.Comfortable rooms, nice sea view, clear & clean swimming pool and the food was fantastic. The gentleman who welcomed us and served us our welcome drink helped us with our baggage is a wonderful, pleasant guy and special thanks to him on behalf of all of my other companions. By the way, this is our second visit to Coral Sands Hikkaduwa.❤️❤️👍
