This fantastic beach resort is the ideal choice of accommodation for all those travellers seeking peace and quiet, and at the same time for the younger ones looking for lively and vibrant nightlife. The wonderful Hikkaduwa beach is the best place in which guests will be able to truly enjoy the warm sun and practice fun water sports while on holidays. All the luxurious and magnificently fitted accommodation units are the best spaces for a relaxing getaway. From them, guests will be able to admire breath-taking views. They are spacious and luminous and come fully equipped with an inspiring array of comfortable amenities. Even the most demanding visitors will be able to take advantage of the varied and exquisite restaurants and bars that can be found on-site, including seafood and Mediterranean tapas. Among the stunning facilities, visitors will enjoy a refreshing dip at the pool.
Overall the stay was good , asanka from the reception and ruvindu from Fnb did more than beyond to make our stay comfortable.. but the WiFi, Air condition and the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be addressed a little bit other than that all good even the food was great
Rooms attended to twice a day. Each day I came back to a different "towel animal" made by Lakshan, who looked after my room. Renaka, at the restaurant reception, brightened my every visit with her glowing smile and charming personality. Tharushi and Nethmal in the restaurant looked after with a continuous supply of wine. And the pool bar staff were always one step ahead whenever my glass was empty.
Hikka Tranz is a spotless resort on a fun beach. We came during the 2 months you can't swim in the ocean but we were still able to wade with the turtles, spot the reef sharks and other fish and enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the waves. Our room had a private jacuzzi, which was also clean and ready to use, so we enjoyed it with the view of the ocean and the sound of birds. The building is worn but the room was well maintained and the pool was smallish but exceptionally well cared for. They have activities for all ages throughout the day as well. The buffet restaurant serves a decent choice of fresh food with live stations. We found it to be the best choice for lunch as well.
Had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and professional, the ambiance was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the hotel's sustainability efforts. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily return.
Had greart time with my 2 kids who enjoy with love and care from the team who ensure everything around. if anyone is planning for family tour best place the food ,room of course the team is excellent. Much appreciate for making our stay memorable
