Perfect stay
First time at cinnamon red and it was really a good first experience hands down. Enjoyed the vibe at cloud red and loved the rooms as well. Housekeeping staff was so quick to attend to our requests which was really professional. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. There was a good variety of meals to suite all sort of cravings and to top it all buffet staff were so keen on helping and making sure we had enjoyed all that was available in the buffet especially upeksha and erangika Thank you for an amazing service

Good rooms and close by our office. Great beds and pillows.
The AC could be higher, the breakfast was good and not to crowded, both with western breakfast and local food options, easy to get an uber and any help you needed.

Great Staff
Staff are lovely, served by Rusiru Alwis for dinner.
The pool is lovely and the roof top bar is a nice experience. The bedrooms are clean and spacious too. The only downside is the food is not that great!
