Great location. Good food in the restaurant. Friendly staff, except the lady at the reception and Paul, who do not have a clue about customer service. Both of them need some training.
Good to stay
On thourofare, grand and stylish hotel. Clean, dining hall on 1st floor. Good AC and bathroom. Nice food. Ambience of dining hall is graceful

VALUE FOR MONEY
I have been staying at this hotel for more than six years, often visiting twice a year, and I can confidently say their service is exceptional. The staff are always courteous and helpful—even in the middle of the night, the reception team answers calls and goes above and beyond to assist.
The rooms are always clean and tidy, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Should anything like the TV or air conditioning malfunction, the 24/7 maintenance staff is quick to resolve the issue.
This hotel offers great value for money, especially compared to properties of similar size. Its location on the main Galle Road in Colombo makes it extremely convenient, with easy access to large supermarkets, popular restaurants, Hospitals, Cinema, Pharmacies and a short walk to the beach.
Kudos to Mr. Nabil Imamudeen, the General Manager, for consistently maintaining such high service standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location is good
We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is centrally located. There are some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is easy to order a tuktuk using an application to this hotel. The hotel itself is only basic hotel that serve its purpose. The staffs are helpful. For the cleaniness, I rate it 4/5. They aren't really fast response in answering emails.

Improvements needed This hotel would benefits from a deep clearning, vaccme clean dust and wash the curtains and clean the sliding door leading to the balcony.
