Valued Experiences at Hilton
My stay at Hilton Colombo was a wonderful experience Chamantha at the main desk and the entire team at the reception was truly very helpful in getting the rooms allocated and looking in to all matters with practiced efficiency and very respectful.
Modern room. Attentive staff.
Very nice modern room. Bathroom was nice with lots of mirrors and a rain shower. Plenty of staff and very attentive. Hotel was clean and had a nice smell. Tight security on entrance. Buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Chef Nisali helped us get some food which was not available in the buffet. Everyone spoke good english. Pool area is a bit far from the main hotel having to cross the main road on a footbridge but is large with a nice bar/restaurant.

Had a lovely experience at Hilton Colombo!
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and beverages at Café Kai and Grace Restaurant. Both offered a great selection, excellent quality, and a lovely dining experience.
The stay was made even more special thanks to the warm and attentive hospitality from Ms. Charindi. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our experience. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality, great food, and excellent service. A special thank you to Ms. Charindi for making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended! ❤️
