Friendly staff
Excellent view at the roof top, spacious room with facilities, friendly and welcoming staff, especially Mahesh regarding housekeeping, very attentive and tidy. Value for money! Will recommend and come again.
Home away from home.
Beautiful hotel with excellent attentive staff, have to mention Chathurika, who welcomed us like family and Jagath, the doorman extroadenaire! Spotless room, excellent dining, what a fabulous start to our SriLankan adventure!
Perfect stay
Great hotel, rooms are modern, clean and staff is extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar and infinity pool. Great meal for dinner. The bed is comfy, AC is quiet and the location in seven district is great.
Not good place for bed and breakfast stay.
Bathroom sink was blocked. They don't offer at least welcome drink. Foods were not good. Not worth for the price you pay. Some days rhey have restrictions on alcohol. There was no mosquito net in the room. Few mosquitos kept me awake whole night.
Perfect place for comfort and consideration!
I spent 10days at Jetwing Colombo7 and had a delightful time. The food, although expensive, was extremely palatable and served by attentive staff. Of particular note was the smiling chef who made omelettes for us each morning and all the waiters and waitresses in the breakfast room, especially Srimarlar who was very attentive to our requests. I was informed that all the food was locally sourced. The staff on reception, lead by Sanjith, were helpful and ensured that any information we required was provided. The hotel has an electric TukTuk which took us on a tour of the city and the local zoo in Colombo. I spent some hours at the rooftop swimming pool and we ate at the bar a few evenings. The hotel spa offers a superb range of treatments- and the therapist were excellent. Note to fellow travellers- local tax and service charges will be added to your bill as you pay. The prices advertised will have tax added later, so factor that into your budget. The entire staff team were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
