Hotel is good. Food quality and taste are consistent. Rates are high at times. Overall experience is satisfactory.
Never recommend
We had the saturday dinner buffet there but honestly one of the worst buffet we ever had no verity, no add on, no foods almost, we have images there was a salad corner but only with tomato, tomato salad, tomato slices, tomato with gerkin, used full fish, only heavy oily fried chicken, few indian items such as dhaal, is this called a buffet? Whom this management is trying to cheat? Totally disappointed about your hotel expired foods
Ideal Hotel for a short stay in Colombo Marine Drive
We stayed in Radisson hotel for ten days on two occasions while touring Srilanka. Ideal location with sea views, staff at all levels are very helpful, Reception staff are always with a smile and welcoming. Room we stayed is clean and housekeeping staff ensure our room is cleaned while we are out with minimal inconvenience. Room rates are reasonable for the location and amenities provided, rooftop infinity pool and the bar have pleasant sea and city views. Variety of breakfast served in the restaurant Western to Indian cuisine. Hotel is clean throughout and our stay was amazing. Must mention Arafath who helped us with room reservation on both occasions with much ease and helped us beyond the call of duties. I will certainly recommend Radisson to my friends and relatives. Special mention to security staff and Dimittri reception staff.
Value for money and well positioned hotel
Staff so friendly and helpful, good clean and spacious rooms, good dining options and amenities. This hotel is well positioned on marine drive easy access to many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Food service
I visited the restaurant at Radisson Blu Colombo during my stay. The food was reasonably good, but unfortunately the service experience was disappointing. The restaurant staff and chef were not very helpful, and when I was ready to pay and order food, they did not prepare it for me properly.
For a hotel like Radisson Blu, I expected much better service and a more guest-friendly attitude from the restaurant team. The food itself was not the main issue, but the lack of proper service and support made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the management looks into this and improves the restaurant service for future guests.
